HD UNO is designed for professional use with a high-speed buffer and DA Polishers. For best results we recommend to use HD PAD SYSTEM. For rotary high speed buffers use HD 7” Pads and for DA Polishers use 5.5” Pads. Both sizes comes in flat and waffle versions. They produce the same results. Choice is yours. Directions: For best results, the paint finish must be free of contaminants. Wash vehicle using detailing clay with lubricant to remove airborne particles. Works best with HD PAD System. Shake Well Before Use. Apply HD UNO to a cool surface in a shaded area. Dispense enough polish to work on a 2’ by 2’ area. If your paint is in good condition, you may skip step 1. Step 1 - CUT: If your paint needs cutting start with HD Orange cutting pad marked as Step 1 or HD Wool Pad for more cutting power. Set buffer speed to 1,000 - 1,800 RPM. Work HD UNO using light to medium pressure in overlapping passes. To prevent holograms and burning the paint, keep the pad moving at approximately 6-9” per second and do not buff dry. Remove polish residue with a clean microfiber towel. Repeat if necessary.

Step 2 - POLISH: To remove finer scratches, oxidation and compound swirl marks, attach a HDPolishing Pad marked as Step 2 to your buffer and set the speed to 1,200 - 1,500 RPM. If you are using a DA polisher, set it to 5000 – 6800 OPM. Work HD UNO in overlapping passes. Keep the pad moving at approximately 6-9” per second and do not buff dry. Remove polish residue with a clean microfiber towel. Repeat if necessary. To inspect work, use 3D Final Touch or IPA and a clean dry microfiber polishing towel.

Step 3 - FINISH: To create an ultra-high-gloss, hologram-free final finish, attach HD Red Finishing Pad marked as Step 3 to your buffer . Set the speed to 1,500-1800 RPM or for DA polisher set to 4000 – 5000 OPM. Keep the finishing pad moving at approximately 6” per second and buff until polish residue is almost completely gone. Repeat if necessary. Follow up with HD Poxy, a nano-polymer sealant, to enhance the gloss and achieve a long lasting, superior protection.

Directions: Shake Well Before Every Use. Apply HD POXY to a clean, dry surface. For best results, the paint finish must be free of contamination, scratches, swirl marks and oxidation. Use detailing clay to remove bonded contamination. Pre-treat with HD UNO to remove oxidation, scratches, scuffs, swirl marks and dullness. HD POXY can be applied by hand or machine. The proper applicator pad is essential: or fast and tireless application use a DA polisher. Set the machine at 3000-4000 OPM. A single ounce of product is all that’s required to wax a mid-size vehicle. Do not over-apply this product as it will make buffing off more difficult and will not increase the shine or protection.
