Rhythm Present the concept of rhythm by using point, line and plane. Create the fluctuation of the contracting and expanding through similar elements of different sizes and thicknesses. Make the picture look like alive.

Paper Sculpture
Between Arc and Circle Two continuous arcs will constitute a circle when the visual angle changes. By using this form repeatedly with cutting and folding, the plane transforms into three-D. With the angle changing, those arcs make vision line staggered and lead to interactive relationship of vision.

Vertical and Horizontal
Expansion Two parts are connected to the center and the head and tail extend to opposite directions. They have same target, although the way they extend is different. Constitute the construct with vertical and horizontal lines, and then build the form with mass. Generate the visual change with different size of mass.

Embrace The part of the protruding ball looks like a mother who bows her head and looks at the child in her arms. It makes an impression of clam and smooth. Continuous cambers are built with layers of sections. It expresses the concept of surround.

Whirling Fix egg in the center of cylinder. Use rings as buffer at the periphery. Slow the falling speed with wings. When it is thrown down from heights, the egg can reach to the ground safely as the seed with wings.

Cup
Life of Ocean The design of the cup is based on the concept of marine conservation and the background is set to the symbol of Ocean Peace Prize. Sea anemones and coral which represent the environmental indicators in the sea are the concept of form. In order to present the sense of transparency and vitality of ocean, I use transparent acrylic with various arcs and bending angles to build up the cup.

Biomimetic Furniture
Rocking Light Most of the children feel uneasy in the dark before falling asleep, so they need light to illuminate the room or someone accompanies with them. The rocking house is a common children's toy, and it trains children's leg muscle development during playing. Combine the rocking house with the timing nightlight; transform kinetic energy into electrical energy to provide lighting for children before they fall asleep. It is conducive to not only the children's physical growing, but also the children's mental support. 27

Design Objective Target group is children aged 3-4. It is mainly used in the indoor space. Train the child's physical development by game as well as produce electricity to provide the lighting before sleeping.
Design Content Design the shape with the image of cetaceans. Make the main body with opaque plastic and the luminous part with translucent plastic. Install the anti-skid pad at the bottom to reduce the friction on the ground. To avoid children touching the electric devices, the generation and storage devices of electricity are installed inside and the switch of nightlight is set up on the end of the bottom.

Sun in Winter an intellectual elderly small space house
Ageing population has become the trend of the modern society and how to ensure more benefits of the elderly to take care of themselves is an issue that we can’t overlook now. Through the interior design, give the user sun-like warmth in their mind. Bring the intellectual equipments controlled by the central system to small dwellings and design a protective and convenient environment for the solitary elderly.

Site Analysis The site is located on the 4th floor of the 23 floors building with elevator in Zhonghe Dist., New Taipei City. The dwelling faces the east, and it is warm in winter and cool in summer. The only disadvantage is poor sound insulation of windows. Residential space is about 40 square meters.
User Analysis User is a 68 years old Christian female, a vegetarian, with cheerful and assertive personality. She is a retired teacher and is interested in painting and reading. She suffers from presbyopia and degenerative arthritis.

Plane Configuration In order to facilitate the elderly’s living convenience at home, the compartments and the drop of high and low are reduced and the traffic flow is simplified. In order to reduce space partitioned, the living room, study room and restaurant are combined together and then this area will be the main scope of activities for the user. In 3
addition, by using electrochromic glass to divide the public and private place, people can still take everything at a glance.
Color and Material Plans To break the cold stereotype of the technology, we use bright colors and wooden furniture to make people feel warm and snug. In order to keep the bathroom clean, walls are laid with white tiles so that the elders can find the dirt easier. 41

Interior Sculpture Because the user is a Christian, I use the Bible stories "the five loaves and two fish" as the essence of the design concept. The concept metaphors the user’s needs and memories in her mind can be satisfied. Site Analysis Located in Wuxing Street, Xinyi District, Taipei City, and it is near the Wuxing Street shopping district and nearby Taipei Medical Hospital. Terrain is flat, four seasons are rainy. Located at the intersection, and surrounded with general residences and restaurants.
Commodities Composition Combine studio and store, the business is mainly based on customized services. Through the actual works and space present, convey the concept of design style to the customer.
Design Concept Based on the image of greenhouse and then adds the elements of sun, air and water. Use the lights to create a bright feeling of the skylight and form the colorful scene of sunshine.

Space Sculpture I try to design a flowers display shelf with the concept of greenhouse and it would be combined with the skylight at the display area. It is associated with the outdoor appearance of greenhouse. Create a little greenhouse in the greenhouse.
Appearance Design Create an image of greenhouse with metal lattices and glass to consumers. The top of the wall conveys the feeling of nature with metal lattices and plants. As for the walls of the storage space, they are extended from the wall of working space with bricks.

Getting Light Combine the switch panel with flashlight and then we can find the flashlight quickly when there is a power outage. We can use the flashlight in any moment immediately because it always keeps the state of charging.

Design Motivation When power outage or accidents happened, we usually can't find the flashlight; even if we find the flashlight, the battery is out of power sometimes. Therefore, the escape time is delayed. If the flashlight is placed on a fixed position on the main traffic line and maintained the state of charging, the time will be saved. The way to the door is the main direction of escape, and a switch is set in there.

Penetration Be inspired from the clear lines and the form of hippocampus. It is expressed the concept by the hollow and simplified lines. Create the visual feelings of thin and light.

Pendant & Brooch
Stay Use the line to from the dragonfly and complete the work with the technique of heaping wax. The dragonfly with the warping wings and tail looks like just staying a moment and getting ready for flight again.
Reunion Simplify the appearance of the peacock, and stack with many rounds and round holes. Create the sense of gradation with the change of the height. The peacock surrounded in the circle symbolizes wealth and satisfaction.

Pendant & Ring
Virtual and Real Use ball and hollow circle to present the concept of the interaction between virtual and real changes. The part of the pendant is formed by the double hollow spheres and a little ball in the center. The outermost sphere has three incisions to let the usage be freer. The form of the ring part is a half hollow sphere coupled with a little ball and it extends the concept of the pendant.

Pendant & Ring
2x2 The concept is combined the ring with the pendant; then the works have dual function. Use the image of stag and young deer as shapes. Echo not only each other but also individual characteristics. Use huge antlers and chest hair as the symbol of stag and then the chain can pass through the circle on the antlers to become the pendant. Use tiny and rounded body type as the symbol of young deer and then the chain can pass through the circle which is formed by cocked ears and curly tail to become the pendant.
