Educator Recommendation Hui-Hsuan Chen Although the WavelineTM flute is made with same materials, has same keys and produces intonation as that of the regular flutes, the WavelineTM flute’s relatively short length means that its user is less likely to experience spinal pain and muscle ache during a performance. This unique design also means that children can play the WavelineTM flute in a relaxed posture and they are thus more motivated to learn flutes and focus more on other important aspects of the music lesson like proper breathing technique, posture and finger position. Moreover, it is easy for a child to make the transition from the WavelineTM flute to a regular flute as both models are designed to be held at same level.
