AYURVEDA BOX The primary focus of this project was to find a solution to promote good health through the seasonal changes we face.
AYURVEDA Is the world’s oldest holistic healing systems. It was developed 5,000 years ago in India.
It is based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a balance between the mind, body, and spirit. In Ayurveda good health is achieved when your mind, body, and spirit are in harmony with the universe. A disruption of this harmony can lead to poor health and sickness. Anything that affects with your physical, spiritual, or emotional well-being cause you to be out of balance with the universe. So things that can cause a disruption include genetics, injuries, age, and climate/seasonal changes.
The Ayurveda Box includes self care tools and essentials as well as a nine page informative brochure illustrating how to use the tools and charts for users to easily understand the concepts and qualities of the three different Doshas.
