THE GREAT HOSPITAL OF CHARLEROI, BELGIUM Mission: Review, check, audit, and resubmit all models of LOD 400 & LOD 500 Support the Project Delivery Team on a day-to-day basis for BIM implementation activities. Provide progress and performance updates on a weekly/ monthly basis Ensure all received unapproved models by subcontractors are audited and exported using Revit as the local authoring tool. Ensure the highest quality for all BIM package submissions in accordance with Project standards, and requirements, and with the BIM execution plan. QUEL EST LA MEILLEURE CONFIGU¬RATION ARCHITECTURALE POUR UNE CONCEPTION BIOCLIMATIQUE ET ECOLOGIQUE D’UN CAMPUS UNI¬VERSITAIRE ? QUEL SERAIT L’IM¬PACT D’UNE TELLE CONCEPTION SUR L’UNIVERSITE ET A L’ECHELLE DE LA VILLE. /·DVVLHWWH IRQFLqUH G·XQH VXSHUÀFLH GH Pò SUpVHQWH XQH IRUPH orga¬nique irrégulière, dans un site ayant une topographie importante. A l’intérieur de l’université de Tizi Ouzou Mouloud Mam¬meri et à proximité du stade la ville 1er Novembre 1954. L’élément central du projet est les blocs de l’ensei¬gnement pédagogique des sciences médicales comprenant les amphithéâtres, l’auditorium, les salles cours, les laboratoires de TP et leurs annexes. Cette entité introvertie, épousera la topographie du terrain et se développera sur différentes plateformes. Une tour administrative implantée comme élément d’appel et un centre de stimulation bordent les blocs de l’enseignement de part et d’autre et qui s’agencent par le billet de passerelle de bout en bout assurant la continuité et la liaison entre les en¬tités. L’aménagement externe, prévoit des espaces verts et des aires de repos aux étudiants grâce à la mise en place d’un mobilier de repos ainsi que la pré¬sence des terrains de jeux. La piétonisation et la circulation des usagers qui sont principalement les étudiants, les enseignants et le personnel, autour des entités ont été également prises en considération, en plus des aires de station¬nement de véhicules avec un circuit mécanique. Implantation des constructions au niveau de la partie la moins vé¬gétaOLVpH HQ SUpVHQFH GHV DUEUHV SRQFWXHOV DÀQ GH SUpVHUYHU OD FRX¤YHUWXUH végétale dense dans la pé¬riphérie du terrain. La topographie a mené à adopter l’implantation avec la morphologie du site. Le bloc central de la construction a été implanté sur plate-forme dans la SDUWLH SUDWLTXHPHQW SODWH DÀQ GH UpGXLUH OHV FR WV GH WHUUDVVHPHQWV La différence de niveaux entre plates-formes servira pour créer un 2ème accès, mise en place des amphithéâtres ainsi que l’ancrage tour administrative d’une hauteur importante. La présence d’un pylône de télé¬phérique au niveau de l’assiette foncière et avec lequel le projet se composera.
