HOW WE GOT STARTED In 2005, Rob Daley and Henry Thorne met for lunch. Six hours later, they’d decided to form a company. Rob’s business acumen, Henry’s engineering expertise, and a shared conviction that increasingly inexpensive electronics could add value in static product categories gave them confidence. Not long after, a focus group of four moms gave them insights, ideas, and a name for their company. From that first Digital Spout Cover to the mamaRoo infant seat to the origami stroller and more, 4moms products are innovative, elegant, and helpful to parents everywhere.

4MOMS CARES 4moms Cares provides donations and discounts to support families in need, non-profits, and health care organizations. Through our Share Your Story program, families have an opportunity to tell us what makes their family unique. Every week, a winner is chosen and receives a free mamaRoo. Six hundred mamaRoos are in hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs), pediatric units, and therapy departments across the country. Many hospitals have found the mamaRoo transformational in the care of babies – soothing even the smallest patients and, often times, giving parents and caregivers some much-needed respite.

2013 Accomplishments •135 product donations to non-profit organizations for fundraising efforts •75 product donations to health care organizations •One mamaRoo donation EVERY week through Share Your Story Sweepstakes (52 total units) •The mamaRoo is used by over 200 hospitals nationwide
