Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices' National REthink Council members and Alumni share what they wish they knew during their first year as a real estate agent.

The National REthink Council was formed to connect and inspire the next generation (NextGen) top-producing leaders in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices real estate brokerage franchise network. It is a space for next generation leaders to speak up and share about the assets and best practices they are utilizing that have aided in their success as well as encourage each other to new levels of leadership and influence.

National REthink Council members are recognized leaders within the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network. Members must have achieved the prestigious Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Leading Edge Society award level or above within the past 12 months as an individual or team.
