Meet the Design Team Behind Echo. The cross-functional team that came up with Echo is as energetic and inspired as the resulting collection. Led by Assembly & Shipping supervisor Bowen Wheatley, with in-house designer Stephanie Carlson and engineer Ryan Heelan, the team channeled their flair and energy to come up with a fresh line. “There is so much internal talent in the company,” Bill enthuses, “Bowen, Stephanie, and Ryan are not just inherently creative but are very familiar with the Lumetta brand and culture.” What took place was a creative exploration that yielded both decorative and commercially viable designs.
