Site of location 光明街位於新店的北新路旁，20 年前這裡還是一個熱鬧的商業區。這個商業區有許多 3 到 4 層樓的透天處組成且北新路與光明街包圍著這 些建築群形成一個長條的道路的中島嶼。 這些狹長的透天處有許多的鐵皮加蓋，此外樓板面積不到 25 坪左右。由於被兩條路夾著只有一樓才被作為商空使用，樓上的空間扣除了一些 住戶並沒有完全的利用到。 目標 : 利用碧潭風景區的人潮及資源去帶動這個片區吸引一些人潮，復興這裡的早期文化及歷史。 利用鷹架去搭構外皮層形成騎樓，騎樓上方形成一條帶狀天橋供人行走，一樓供車行駛，讓商業行為往上面樓層發展，解決交通問題。 更上面的樓層出租給年輕的文化團隊或樂團並利用維護綠牆、環境折抵租金，讓文化行為回流這條街。

Model by myself & friends Guang Ming street is located nearby Bei Shing road in Xindian. 20 years ago, it was the popular downtown commercial district. Part of the commercial district consists a series of 3 to 4 level mix-used residential buildings and it is also being clamped in between Bei Shin road and Guang Ming street. The land is constituted with row houses and steel sheet houses. In addition, the land width from 4 to 10 meters and each building area sits around 70 square meters.Due to the noise coming from the street, only the first floor is usually being used since it is too noisy for most of the people to live on the second floor or above. Pourpose: Using the resources and attractions from Bitan Scenic to introduce more population into Xindian in order to revive the history and culture atmosphere. Using corridor on the first floor to solve problem such traffic jam and also provide more opportunities for the second floor to develop for commercial usage. Spaces that are not going to be used will be rent out for office or studio space users. On the other hand, extended scaffold structure with green wall and roof installed can also be utilized to decrease the amount of rent per month. By applying the

strategies above, the historical culture will be revived and the area would be more popular. We also hope by doing this the historical theater will be back into business as well.

題目為新古典住宅室內設計競圖，概念為華麗的裝飾往往虛假，最後往往得到是心靈的空虛。 霓虹不斷閃爍，廣告不斷播放，訊息不斷跳躍，細雨不斷飄渺，人群不斷前進，責任不斷強壓，權力不斷虛偽，問題 不斷面對，金錢不斷飛舞，杯觥不斷叮噹。好累。腦袋只剩空白；再來。肉體上的慰藉。 糜爛的生活，黃湯下肚，紅酒與霓虹，模糊了客廳；寧靜的臥室，捨棄顏色，閉眼睜眼，空白的腦海，黑色的夜晚。 This projest was a competition about neoclassical of home design. My concept are dreamlike state of luxury decoration which will get emptiness mind. Neon sparkling, advertise broadcasting,message popping-up,drizzle drifting, crowd walking,responsible pressing ,aurthority lying ,solving problems, costing money, reflective wineglass beating. I was very tired. Nothing is in my mind like a pure and white world. Give me a comfort. Give me a placebo. drunk life blur my slight, living room: only pure white room can calm down my hot soul. Take off color , close eye and sleep with white dream of dark night.

此案為台北捷運的裝置藝術競圖，設計題目為社交軟體，我 以網路訊息的真實性為出發點，有先在網路上看起來很美麗 的照片或新聞，往往不一定是事實。 地點設定在高架捷運在如：劍潭站，我以美麗的線條結構編 織出一張美麗的網，代表著美麗的謊言隱藏了真實的風景。
This competition was art installtion of Taipei MRT.The topic is social media. It was inspired by news of reliability on Internet. Frequently attractive headline and picture are not ture. This was located at Jiantan MRT Station which was elevated rail. I designed the net interwoven by colorful line to mask off the view of landscape which respresented the ture be masked off.

遇見和之味 Japanese Restaurant 位於青島八大關沿海步道，有許多的高官居住於此，屬於公家產權，我負責的部分是這片片區 的日式料理店，1F 是座位區，2F 是包廂區，本來希望讓一樓規劃成像上癮水產一樣打外帶、快 餐吧的模式海鮮外帶市場因為旁邊還有兩間同性質的餐廳，本身擁有大量的人潮的八大關利 用這模式提高翻桌率，但經營方不敢嘗試所以也改回普通餐廳。
This project is located by the coastal park in the Badaguan scenic area. This area is resided with with many politicians and is categorized as government properties. I was in charged of one of the japanese restaurant that is located in this area. The seating area is located at the first floor. The private seating area is located at the second floor. I was responsible for No.3 building of Japanese restaurant. It’s a part of project. Ground floor is planned the seat area and kitchen, the second floor is planned box area. Originally this project want to fight by different business model. Design motive was to create a open space dining area melt cafeteria that is very similar to Addiction Aquatic Development since there are two of normal type restaurants in here. Ground floor was planned seafood market for easy takeout, the bar seat and stand bar. Because there have too many restaurant. If we can attract takeout a lot of customers who will be travel Badaguan maybe they will have many money.
