CHANG, CHIA-KANG
Born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, graduated from Shih-Hsin university in 2017. Major in graphic communication and digital printing. Founded interest in product designing, architecture and 3D printing since 2015, and starts the career of a designer.Â
EXPRIENCES NEW DOOR INTERIOR DESIGN To improve the skill of using wood, concrete, and also interior designing work as an intern from January 2018 to March 2018. ATTIC DESIGN 2015 is the year ATTIC DESIGN was founded, and being the founder is overall the most important decision until now. Working as a product designer and also pushing the workshop forward. JUelry Design Marcom of the brand, mainly planning and design the annual theme and activities on social media.Â
PRODUCT DESIGNING BUCK HEAD HANGER A hanger could be use to hang your keys, jewels snd even earphone . Buck and deer are always been seen as a symbol of beauty and elegant. When two things combine together, it would make your living even more stylish.
PRODUCT DESIGNINGÂ CUBE A 3D printed cube with LED light ball in it, it is a perfect way to light up your room when you don't want to make it so bright. CUBE could also assemble into different forms.
PRODUCT DESIGNINGÂ COLLAGE BOX One of our customers is an old bookseller, he had a huge amount of books that are too old to be sold, so i use magazines to decorate the wooden box and make it into a collage style furnishings.
PRODUCT DESIGNING END OF FEUDAL A board game published by ATTIC DESIGN in 2016 it was on the crowd funding website FLYING V and been sold out successfully, the product could still be seen on the website of ATTIC DESIGN.
PRODUCT DESIGNING ICE BLOCKER It always bothers people when ice cube touches their lips while drinking, this design can block the ice away from our lips but still could cool down the drink. There are four different types which is FOX, ONI, SKULL and ROBOT.
PRODUCT DESIGNING CUSTOMIZED RING While working with JUelry Design, I sometimes assist the main designer with customized accessories, using Auto Cad modeling and rendering the preview of the product.
PRODUCT DESIGNING CUSTOMIZED DOOR A door designed for a bar when working with NEW DOOR interior design. Through the small window on the door could see the party going on inside, the main material is wood and the handle is made of brass.
PRODUCT DESIGNING AWNING A villa located in KENTING, because of the sunlight is so strong, they needed an awning. After measuring, we decided to divide it into 3 pieces to reduce the wind resistance. A work in NEW DOOR interior design.
INTERIOR DESIGNING NOODLE SHOP A beef noodle shop called ”蒼⽜訣“ they planned to reconstruct their shop, this is the 3D model for the proposal.

JUELRY 2019 S\S The first project when I started working as Marcom in JUelry Design. There wasn't any annual theme before I join. To improve the brand which started on the internet, making differences is the most important thing to do. We found out no other accessories brand similar to us have a seasonal updating with a theme, so we decided to start from here.
JUELRY 2019 春夏年度形象 進⼊ JUelry Design 企劃組之後提出的第⼀個企劃,由於 JUelry 是⼀個由電商發跡的品牌,因此我認為提升品牌價 的⾸要⽬標就是做出差異性。經過研討之後我們發現沒有其 他的電商品牌在進⾏有主題性的年度新品企劃,因此我們決 定從這邊開始著⼿。
ABOUT For the first time to design an annual theme, we want our customers to know our brand and designer better at the same time, so we combined literary and the concept of our brand together. The reason we use literary is that our designer usually gets inspiration from books and poems, it is kind of her interest and to have some personal features in a brand should be charming. Thus, we found a Taiwanese writer Yang Zhao who once wrote a book about finding who you really are and making breakthroughs, based on his words we create the 2019 s/s theme.
關於年度形象 由於我們認為在經營網路品牌時融⼊⼀些個⼈的喜好更能 有效地抓住調性相似的客群,因此本次主題融⼊了設計師平 常的創作靈感『⽂學』,以及品牌理念『不受拘束,創造⾃ ⼰的故事』並選定了作家楊照之創作『迷路的詩』進⾏了⼀ 系列的創作與拍攝。
TAIPEI TOUR CARD
The best way to travel is to find a restaurant full of local people and walk in. This is the main idea of the series of tour cards, do always stick to the locals. Receiving this quest form a hostel in Taipei, they wanted a tour map at the beginning, but I think that the traditional tour map is not handy and might miss places where you can really know Taiwan better. In that case, I designed 5 courses with 4-5 cards for each of them and the card might not be a location, it may be a traditional activity or an area. Travelers can pick places they want to visit and take the card with them.
關於年度形象 旅遊⼩卡的誕⽣師由於⼀間位於台北⾞站的青年旅館之委 託,原本他們是希望做⼀套旅遊導覽地圖,不過由於傳統的 地圖⼤都充斥著廣告⽽且也攜帶不便,因此才將其濃縮成⼀套 卡⽚。⽽卡⽚的內容並沒有傳統的觀光景點,⽽是許多當地 ⼈匯集的傳統店家以及街區、甚⾄像是⾖漿店等等的台灣獨 有⽂化。住客可以因應⾃⼰的路線挑選他們想去的卡⽚。
MAN IN ATTIC The attic is the tallest room in a house, but not the tallest spot. I expect myself not only have an open view. but also always be humble.
