Tonight we have an exciting race program, and our hope is that after you leave, you will tell your families, and friends about us. This racing season is just shy of the halfway point, and although we have already had some great moments, we believe the best has yet to come. Xtreme Sprint Car Series with his first victory here on March 22nd. Just a few weeks later, The NASCAR K&N Pro Series East made their first visit to 5 Flags. Daytona Beach driver and University of Florida student Ben Kennedy won his first K&N race. (Ben won his 2nd race this past Saturday at Bowman-Gray Stadium in NC) And 2 weeks ago, Georgia’s T.J. Reaid won his fist Buddy’s Home Furnishing Blizzard Race, outdueling a pair of Texans, Casey Smith and Chris Davidson.

Young Garrett Jones and Fairhope’s Bryce Dulabhan, along with Pensacola’s Jeremy Pate, are raging a battle for the points lead with a mere 6 points between them. The new format for the series has met great success. Mods, SportsTersheman, and Bombare also set to do
battle tonight. Speaking of Sportsman, let us remind you, new division sponsor Beef O’ Brady’s, on Nine Mile Rd. will stay open late for your visit after tonight’s races. We also thank Bomber Division sponsor Cheryl Nelson of Butler’s U Pull-It, who will be helping us entertain some 400 youngsters here next Tuesday for our Annual “Kids Day.” It’s free.
