These components are trucked to your building site and assembled. • Stick-built construction is where your home is constructed on site. This gives more site sensitivity to tree removal and access is less of an issue.

To start the planning process, they invite you to stop by their model homes and showroom. They have pre-designed floor plans that can be customized to fit what you’re looking for or will work from customers’ own plans and ideas.
