Cottage Cheese and Pickle Spread

Varškės ir marinuotų agurkėlių užtepėlė

200g cottage cheese 1g dill 1.5g of salt 1 clove of garlic 80g cucumber 0.5g pepper 1 tsp. sugar

In a bowl, place the chopped cucumber, salt, sugar, pepper, chopped garlic and dill. Mix everything and place into the bowl with curd. Apply the paste on the selected base: bread, crackers, potato or corn chips. 2

Į dubenėlį dėkite smulkiai supjaustytus agurkėlius, druskos, cukraus, pipirų, susmulkintą česnaką ir krapus. Viską išmaišykite ir suberkite į varškę. Gautą masę tepkite ant pasirinkto pagrindo: duonos, krekerių, bulvių ar kukurūzų traškučių.

Curd and Blueberry Pie

200 grams of biscuits 100g butter 400g cottage cheese 50g sugar 2 eggs 30ml cream 2g of salt 1g vanilla 100g blueberry jam

Crush biscuits to crumbs and mix with throughly with butter. Tip the mixture into the prepared tin and press down firmly. Bake the base at 170C for 5 minutes. Mix eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla. Stir the mixture into the curd and mix until all lumps are smooth. Finally add the cream. Pour the final mixture on top of the biscuit base and to finish pour in blueberry jam and carefully stir the jam into the mixture. Once more place the pie into the oven until the top becomes crispy.

200 g sausainių 100g sviesto 400g varškės 50g cukraus 2 kiaušiniai 30ml grietinėlės 2g druskos 1g vanilės 100g mėlynių uogienės

Sausainius susmulkinkite iki miltų pavidalo, sumaišykite su sviestu iki vienalytės masės. Skardos dugną, kurioje kepsite pyragą, išklokite gauta mase ir pašaukite į 170C orkaitę 5 minutėms. Kiaušinius išplakite su cukrumi, druska ir vanile. Sudėkite varškę ir toliau plakite, kol neliks varškės gumulėlių, supilkite grietinėlę.Gautą masę pilkite ant pakepto sausainių pagrindo, ant viršaus uždėkite mėlynių uogienės ir pašaukite į orkaitę. Kepkite kol viršus gražiai apskrus. 3
