This annual double issue is always so exciting and so hard to curate. Why? The 605 team loves so many things about the state. We start with businesses and people who were on the list from last year and didn't make the cut due to space. Then we add new ones. And then we narrow it down. And narrow it down again as we finalize the list (and then add to the overflow list for next year). Burning Beetle January 16 PAGEANT HILL | CUSTER | TIMES VARY Gather on Pageant Hill to witness the annual Burning Beetle. The event focuses on connecting attendees with the environment of the Black Hills and to support the arts. The 605 Best awards are given to people and businesses who we feel deserve some recognition, whether it’s for an appetizer we can’t stop ordering, to a business owner who didn’t give up during 2020. And let’s be real; a lot of us would have.

The Farmhouse Bistro & Bar New in 2019, The Farmhouse Bistro & Bar is “rooted in the history and culture of Spearfish and the surrounding Black Hills.” The farm-totable eatery is located on the former Meier Ranch property and gives nods to it in its design and inviting atmosphere. Some must-try items from the bistro, which serves lunch and dinner, are Twyla’s Fried Chicken (fried chicken, honey glaze, gouda mashed potatoes, and farmhouse gravy) and Sea Scallops (pan-seared sea scallops served with a mushroom five-grain risotto drizzled with white truffle oil). Also grab brunch with a specialty drink like the PB&J Old Fashioned (whiskey, cherry, and orange).

by Alana Snyder “We put the time and care into our drinks,” said Salvador Jaimes, store manager of La Luna Café in Sioux Falls.

The family-run coffee and espresso bar was featured in the March Bar & Restaurant Issue of 605, which turned out to be poor timing due to the arrival of COVID-19 in the United States, along with the rest of the world.

“March through April it was almost always empty in here.

It was so weird,” recalled Salvador. “Everyone had a hard time through COVID, so we were trying to figure out what to do to stay open.”

Along with an extensive drink menu, the restaurant offers an assortment of food options. The team came together to dissect the needs of its customers and figure out its next steps during the pandemic.

“We had a lot of meetings to sit down and figure out, ‘What do people want right now? What can they justify spending on in these hard times?' And that’s when we came out with a lot of our meals,” said Tatiana Jaimes, general manager and social media coordinator.

The business, which is located on the main level of The Cascade at Falls Park, came up with items like the Burrito Bowl and Fajita-Rice-Bowl.

“We figured these are easy items you can order to-go and you can pop in the microwave if you don’t want to eat them right away. They’re so filling and flavorful,” said Tatiana.

And 605 got a glimpse of the Fajita-Rice-Bowl, with lime-cilantro rice, a choice of chicken, pork, or steak, house-made fajita mix, and a topping of mixed cheese. La Luna also started offering Tacos, made with corn-flour tortillas filled with either pulled pork (carnitas) or carne asada, topped with red onions and cilantro, and served with a side of house pico de gallo and salsa.

“Our tacos are authentic; my mom seasons them from scratch and it’s a whole process the meat goes through before we serve it on a plate,” said Tatiana.

Quesadillas also joined the lineup, and so far the new additions have been a hit. So much so, the family says that people crave them any time of the day.

“Sometimes people come in and they ask if it’s too early for a quesadilla,” said Salvador.

“I’ve had a taco order at 10 a.m.,” laughed Tatiana.

A lighter new feature is the Yogurt Bowl with a vanilla Greek yogurt base, topped with granola, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, and honey.

“People think it’s an aÇai bowl just by how it looks,” said Tatiana. “But we just focus a lot on the artistic side of the business. Anything we create we take into consideration the color and the textures and the movement, because when we create a plate we want to replicate it every time to give people the La Luna experience.”

Along with coffee, the eatery is known for its waffles, toasts, and pizzas. The personal size Bacon Sunrise Pizza is still popular, along with the Nutella Waffle and Caprese Avocado toast.

The popular dishes also are mixed up with seasonal options, like the Pumpkin Pie Waffle and the Apple Pie Waffle.

“Those have been fan favorites,” said Tatiana. “We brought back the Apple Pie Waffle. It literally tastes like you’re biting into an apple pie.”

There are also seasonal drinks, like Caramel Chai, Apple Cider Steamer, and Pumpkin Spice Chai. While they only have a few specials drink-wise, the team says they work hard to perfect what they do best.

“Our idea behind coffee is we want to keep it simple and exciting,” said Tatiana. “Our lattes aren’t switched up as much simply because we want to keep up our quality and flavor, because we’re very consistent.”

The company, which celebrated its one-year anniversary last spring, also celebrated the new launch of pastries. While they had baked delicacies before, now they’re all made in-house. A few highlights include Butter Cookies and gluten-free options like the Alfajor.

“The cookies have a citrusy hint. We take two of them and sandwich them together with dulce de leche, then roll them in coconut shavings,” said Tatiana.

As the pastries are made from scratch, La Luna asks patrons to pre-order so the team can prepare for larger batches.

The restaurant plans to further expand the bakery side of the business, Salvador says, and to continue to bring the community together with art of all sorts.

As the 605 team was about to put the camera away, Salvador walked over with a to-go cup and a smile and said, “Also, I’ve gotten pretty good at latte art in a to-go cup.”

BOTTOM LINE: This family business seems to have constant innovation and ideas for even more expansion during a pandemic. La Luna should be on everyone’s list to have a coffee or breakfast meeting, for weekend brunch, or to simply treat yourself for some quality solo time.

Red Rooster Coffee House Open since 1996, Red Rooster Coffee House is the place to go in Aberdeen for coffee, a bite, and as a hub for creativity and community. Brother and sister duo Dan Cleberg and Kileen (Cleberg) Limvere also have an attached gift shop with a humanitarian mission, along with an expansive used bookstore.

When there’s not a pandemic, you can find events like live music, film, an art gallery, DJs, karaoke, and more in the back space. Baan Thai Geng Tanawong was a teenager when his family moved from northeast Thailand to the Rapid City area. After noticing the lack of Thai restaurants, in 2014 he opened up his own with some friends. After his partners sold their shares to his parents, Baan Thai soon became a downlow hot spot. Items like Pad Kee Mao (“Drunken Noodles” with wild rice noodles, bell peppers, onions, and basil stir fried in sweet basil sauce) and Thai Beef Salad (stir fried beef in special sauce mixed with fresh tomatoes, green onions, white onions, and cucumber over shredded lettuce with a side of sticky rice) keep the people coming.

Tiger Meat at Kessler’s When people hear “tiger meat,” they would assume they’re eating tiger. They would probably assume it’s not a South Dakota thing. Both are wrong. Tiger Meat is raw hamburger meat seasoned and cured and is eaten like a dip, most often with crackers. The closest thing it has been compared to is steak tartare.

“You’ll never find a domestic on here,” said Putzke of the 10 local and regional beer taps.

“We’re a casual sandwich joint that has elevated sandwiches and cuisine, or a simple way to put it would be 'highbrow stoner' food,” said Putzke.

Located in Uptown Sioux Falls on Main Avenue, the popular eatery opened in 2017. Putzke explains that they encourage patrons to try different flavors, but to feel at home as they do so.

“That’s kind of our microcosm for our whole place is really good flavors and really good technique but brought to you in the form of a sandwich so it can be approachable,” he said. “Same thing with our place: it’s casual, easy, and comfortable.”

And the owners are on the right track as they’ve won several big awards. Buzzfeed, for example, named Bread & Circus the “Best Sandwich Spot in South Dakota.”

One of the staple sandwiches is the Vietnamese Fried Chicken, with buttermilk-marinated fried chicken thigh, nuoc cham, banh mi pickles, cilantro aioli, and a Look’s Marketplace brioche bun. A runner-up is the Curried Cauliflower, with roasted cauliflower, yellow curry, red lentil hummus, arugula, cilantro, radish, and naan.

“We tried to pull the [Curried] Cauliflower off and people just wanted it back on the menu,” said Taylor, who is also the chef.

“That’s what Guy Fieri ate, so we’ll probably keep that on for a while now.”

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives (DDD) recently filmed at the location, and Fieri also tried the aforementioned chicken.

As they note, it’s a good problem to have. The owners say more items keep becoming “favorites” or winning awards, making it harder to switch up the menu. This is the case for the Schnitzelwich, which has a panko-and-chip-crusted pork tenderloin, horseradish and poppy seed slaw, dijonaise, and Texas toast.

“The Pork Belly Gyro is also making a pretty good run at sticking around,” said Taylor.

An “underground favorite” is the Naughty Fries, which has pork chile verde, taqueria pickles, queso fresco, cilantro, and radish.

“It’s something unique Jordan created, and it actually stemmed from a Super Bowl party 10 years ago,” said Putzke. “He brought over pork chili verde and used it for tacos, and we were talking about fries and a dirty fry option.”

Taylor experimented with that and the aioli-based Fry Sauce to accompany it.

“We have a mutual friend out [in Portland] where whenever we would make food and get really weird he would say, ‘Oh, it’s naughty,’” recalled Putzke. “So we always called some of our food choices ‘naughty.’ Thus we don’t call them dirty fries, we call them Naughty Fries.”

The restaurant does have a few seasonal options, like the Delicata Squash salad with arugula, toasted pepitas, citrus-cran couscous, and a date vinaigrette. A popular seasonal item that Bread & Circus brings back is a winter ramen, says Putzke.

“We have a quarter of the space and you’ll be able to get pizza by the slice or whole pizzas or things like salads and garlic knots,” said Putzke. “We felt like it was a good compliment for the bar and is something we’ve always wanted to do.”

“Every winter Jordan comes up with a specialty ramen recipe, and this time of year we’re getting daily inquiries asking when it’s coming back,” he said.

And something else they've always wanted to do that they've made into a reality is to make people try what they like.

Something else new this season is the opening of the owners’ newest spot, Pizza Cheeks on Phillips Avenue in downtown Sioux Falls. The space will be inside of The Hello Hi, which is a tropical-themed bar.

Putzke left off, “It all comes from the same vein — that it’s what we want to eat.”

At The Breaks, the focus is offering fresh-roasted, small-batch coffee to the Sioux Falls “neighborhood and beyond.”

“Our whole ethos is that we just want to provide quality items that we really like,” said co-owner Mary Campbell.

When she started the roastery business with her husband and coowner Corey Gerlach in 2015, they didn’t want to open a storefront.

“This space became available that we're currently in downtown, and we got kinda looking at it,” Gerlach explained about their East 12th Street location next to record store and music venue Total Drag. “It seemed like a good fit to us.”

So after months of renovations from electrical to plumbing and more, the couple opened the coffee shop storefront in August 2020. Through the open garage door, the coffee shop has an industrial modern vibe, and the roasting happens right at the back of the room.

“The main thing that sets us apart from everywhere else that customers say is that when you walk in, you don’t feel like you’re in Sioux Falls,” said Mercedes Nelson, head barista or “drink extraordinaire” as the clock-in system so calls her. “A lot of the time people compare it to being in a big city.”

And the location has brought plenty of business.

“It’s a very walkable or bikeable destination, too,” said Campbell.

Gerlach continued, “We see people take off for their morning run, bike, or walk and come back and grab a coffee on the way home.”

At The Breaks, they like to focus on creating new drinks that stray from the norm.

“We’re looking forward to just having a solid espresso bar with fun quirky, seasonal drinks,” said Campbell.

One of their most recent seasonal drinks was FML (Fall Maple Latte), a “savory antidote” to the ever-popular pumpkin spice latte.

“There’s so much more personality,” explained Nelson. “We made [FML] with butternut squash from Mary’s garden. The only people we're answering to are ourselves and our customers.

We can more or less do whatever we want [with our drinks].”

And because they have free reign, the baristas are happy to help customers find the perfect drink for them.

“Just come in, and we’ll make sure we’ll find something good and magical,” said Nelson.

For now, the modern industrial-style coffee shop is offering solely to-go options, including their coffee and croissants from the Look’s Marketplace bakery—croissants that both Campbell and Nelson rave about.

Though they’ve opened during a complicated time for many companies, business has been smooth for the most part, according to Campbell.

The original plan for The Breaks was to sell beer and wine at night to cater to Total Drag concertgoers. The owners say they hope to do that in the future when the pandemic clears.

“The night before we unlocked the door, we were putting the menu board together,” said Campbell, fondly remembering the night. “It was 11 at night, and I just wrote, ‘We’re glad you are here.’”

But above all else, Campbell and Gerlach simply want to make sure their customers know that their loyalty means a lot to them, just as it did before the doors even opened.

by Dawn Geertsema “It’s a place for everyone,” said Queen City Bakery co-owner Mitch Jackson. “We wanted to curate that community so that everybody felt welcome.”

Queen City Bakery, located in downtown Sioux Falls, started bustling with students, CEOs, artists, and politicians in 2008.

“It’s not a coffee shop vibe. It’s not a fancy, sit-down restaurant vibe. It’s a mixture of both,” said Jackson. “You’ve got students in the corner studying, and you’ve got people making multimillion-dollar deals.”

With Jackson running the front of the house, and recipes flowing from his wife and partner, Kristine, the bakery offers the friendly and calm ambiance needed for meetings, interviews, or just a relaxing afternoon with friends.

But when the pandemic started in March, they made the difficult decision to cut down to only to-go options, closing tables.

“We’ve got to keep our staff safe, and we’ve got to keep our customers safe,” explained Jackson. “That’s our first priority.”

Though they hope to open their seating again, Jackson says he doesn’t expect it to happen soon.

“For me to not have people here is difficult,” he said. “It’s difficult to talk to them for the couple of minutes they’re in line and then send them packing.”

But as soon as they see the light at the end of the pandemic, the Jacksons are excited to welcome guests back again and to give them the escape they need from their everyday lives.

“We wanted to have a place that didn’t feel like it was in the Midwest,” said Jackson. “People need to be able to go to a different place."

Cottage on Saint Cloud

by Dawn Geertsema A few years ago, Kari Kadrmas and her husband decided to move to a smaller home in the historic district of Rapid City after their children had all left for college. “I realized I had downsized too far because when all three of my adult kids came home someone would have to blow up the air mattress,� said Kari.

When the quaint 1917 cottage next door to their new home went on the market, Kari says the couple took that as the perfect opportunity to renovate it as a guest house and Airbnb. And the Cottage on Saint Cloud was born.

Rapid Renovations Because the home was built over 100 years ago, it needed plenty of “TLC.” Kari says they renovated everything from the basement to the backyard to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

With the help of contractors, the couple expanded the kitchen, took out walls, and even vaulted the ceilings to add space for the loft, where there is room for four people to sleep.

One of Kari’s favorite renovations was the outside, where there's a large pergola resting over a cozy seating area with a fire pit.

As Kari puts it, “It’s a brand-new house from [the past].”

Gone are many of the outdated features, but the original brick chimney tower in the center remains. Now the home is decorated in a modern minimalist style that Kari says has East Coast influence.

From the hardwood floors, the stairs to the loft, and beams to the matching detail on the stove range, the wood accents tie the spaces together.

The wood inside even coordinates with the pergola and other features through the double patio doors to the backyard.

The neutral color palette is paired with navy blue to round out a somewhat nautical theme.

Next on the renovation to-do list is the garage in the back, according to Kari.

Thad & Chelsea Giedd

by Dawn Geertsema “He’s my biggest cheerleader and supporter and is always reminding me that I can do the tough things even when I’m on the edge of giving up,” said Chelsea.

“It’s really great being married to someone who gets it,” said Chelsea’s Boutique owner Chelsea Giedd about her husband, Thad. “He’s always so understanding, supportive and loving, and I appreciate it so much.”

In the midst of their busy schedules, they always manage to find time for each other.

Thad is the brand manager and strategist at PINstudios and the license holder and lead organizer of TEDxSiouxFalls.

“Chelsea is the real deal,” said Thad. “She knows how to create value, build a brand others can be a part of, and empower clients, customers, and staff. I have no shame in admitting she is the doer and achiever between the two of us.”

Along with Chelsea’s Boutique, Chelsea is a business and life guide through her second business, My Purposeful Life, where she utilizes neuro-linguistic programming, reiki, and hypnotherapy to help women connect with themselves.

Together, they support each other’s entrepreneurial goals from Chelsea’s podcast, My Purposeful Life, to Thad’s work at TEDxSiouxFalls.

“Thad is like the silent assassin,” explained Chelsea. “He’s humble and kind and makes it seem like he isn’t involved in most things, but the truth is he does a lot behind the scenes.”

“We do set intentions on having at least one workday a week home together by 6 p.m. with no distractions, Friday night date nights, and Sunday lazy time together,” explained Thad.

Chelsea added, “And when we aren’t navigating a pandemic, we really enjoy traveling to new places together and just being present in those moments and leaving work behind.”

They say that for them, there’s nothing more important than each other.

“The dynamic is certainly a partnership,” said Thad. “Just sometimes Chelsea is a few steps ahead as I catch up.”

Chelsea said, “He’s literally my person, and there are a lot of days I feel strongly that I wouldn’t have made it through without him by my side.”

Living in the Midwest, layering is a must for Gross, making it to the top of favorite outfit styles.

“Anytime I can put a denim jacket over top of a shirt or button down with Chucks [Taylor] I’m a happy camper,” said Gross.

Every day, he says he just goes with the flow of his emotions. From outfit to outfit, he aims to spice them up, opting to accessorize with a pair of glasses.

“I have various glasses, and they all kind of evoke a different part of me,” he explained. “So whatever I’m feeling that day I will wear those and throw something together.”

As trends cycle, Gross is excited for the comeback of ‘80s “Dad Jeans.”

Whether he’s spending time with family, getting lost in music, or traveling, he wants to spread positivity and simultaneously embrace the darker parts of people. One of the ways he’s found to remain positive is through his clothing.

Gross explained, “I think all that matters is wearing what you feel good in.”

Vaney Hariri

by Dawn Geertsema "I want people to embrace the idea of hearing themselves," said civic leader and entrepreneur Vaney Hariri.

"We don't have to import everything. We can export our opinions and our voices out to the world."

Hariri is also the co-founder of Think 3D Solutions and Thinker Networks, a member of the Sioux Falls Police Department (SFPD) Community Ambassadors, sits on several boards, and is a downtown Rotarian.

“In the Midwest, we’ve oftentimes resigned to the idea that we’re not worth listening to,” he explained. “We’re always looking outwardly for content. I wanted to change that.”

He dedicates much of his time to using his voice to promote productive conversations in the community and developing solutions to better the area.

And Hariri works through various podcasts and media appearances to help work toward that goal.

Listen to him on podcasts like The 605 Show, Thinking Out Loud, Let’s Talk, Disagree to a Degree, and various other platforms. He’s also released multiple music albums as V the Noble One since starting in the mid ‘90s.

“It’s less that I chose to do it, and it’s more of a necessity,” said Hariri. “Media is so important, and I don’t like other people speaking for me. For me, especially with my work in social justice, you’ve got to have a voice, and I want people to learn how to use theirs.”

Earlier this year, Hariri set up conversations with the SFPD about race, community policing, and justice reforms. These talks were some of the most viewed programs on air through the Sioux Falls Downtown Rotary and can still be found on its Facebook page.

“I’m always working toward the goal of having an amazing community, one that is inclusive and compassionate, one that is intellectual and curious,” said Hariri. “A community that doesn’t allow other people to determine its limitations, one that isn’t afraid of doing something special, something big.”

Jen Kolb

by Dawn Geertsema Jen Kolb, founder of The Kitchen, is "refusing to accept the status quo" as she joins forces with Jada Dobesh to combine The Kitchen with Selah Space.

“I couldn't accept that I had to choose between succeeding in my career or being present as a mother,” said Kolb. “I'm so proud of the version of The Kitchen that exists today. We're really making a difference for people who refuse to hear ‘that's just how it is’ without doing something about it.”

In February 2020, Kolb opened the doors to The Kitchen—a place where women can come together to work, focus on their well-being, and “pour” themselves into their homes and communities.

The doors closed again in March despite the goal-breaking interest from the community.

“We attempted to get back to work with our remaining members in June but became acutely aware that it was no longer possible to gather in large numbers safely,” said Kolb. “I decided to close the doors permanently in August.”

But Kolb was determined.

“The need for a place like The Kitchen didn't go away because of COVID-19,” said Kolb. “I think in some sense, it's opened our eyes to the idea that we don't have to accept the status quo when it comes to our workplaces and our work/life rhythms.”

Working at The Kitchen, Kolb met Dobesh.

“It became clear to us that our missions were one in the same,” recalled Kolb. “We both have a passion for enabling people to feel good about their lives in a holistic way.”

So, Kolb moved The Kitchen into Dobesh’s cooperative wellness center, Selah Space, with the doors set to open once again in November 2020.

“The relationships that have been built through The Kitchen are incredibly inspiring, and I hope that community feeling finds its way to a new generation of business and community leaders,” said Kolb.

While The Kitchen survived the pandemic’s obstacles, Kolb has some advice for other struggling businesses: Have patience.

“I hope that people within the business community are giving themselves grace right now—these are not normal times and there are no playbooks for how to get through something like this,” stressed Kolb. “Taking care of yourself in a loving and healthy way is an investment that will always be worth it.”

Amanda Boerger

Boerger has been selling her pop, eclectic, and portrait art over the past two years from her website and Instagram. Her business, Existential Pencil, has taken off, and she says she’s having a blast getting to know her customers and the curators she crosses paths with. Boerger shared a look into her art and her life with the 605 team.

PEOPLE MIGHT KNOW ME FROM… my nude selfie collages on

Instagram. These were born early quarantine when the restaurant I work at on Sundays (M.B. Haskett Delicatessen) closed for a month to reorganize. [The collages] were really popular, and they got me through that month financially.

I feel like they’re really relatable and timely. They lightly express intimacy in a time of isolation.

I STARTED SELLING MY ART BECAUSE… I made so much of it, and

I needed to make space for new stuff. I really only began selling seriously over the past two years, despite making heaps of work over the past decade.

IN MY FREE TIME, I’M… constantly making art. If I’m not working on a commission or a continuation of a series, I’m experimenting. When I need a break from working in paint (my forte), I sculpt or write (not my forte). I haven’t had much free time outside of my art and work life lately, but when I do, I really love leisurely reading about human psychology and neuroscience.

MY BIGGEST INSPIRATIONS ARE… life, people, and psychology. So much

of my work really just aims to portray the human condition and normal daily life. In terms of artists that inspire me, I adore Henri Matisse, Alice Neel, and David Hockney.

THE BEST PART OF OWNING MY OWN BUSINESS IS… getting to know people.

Between the curators who display my work and the clients who seek me out for commissions, I find it super fun to have those moments of collaboration in the idea process.

MY FAVORITE PROJECTS ARE… usually what I’m working on in the

present. Currently, I’m working on portraying select members of my community loosely and on a large scale in paint and collage. Right now this project is my favorite because it’s novel to me, and it combines a lot of techniques I learned from past projects.

SOMETHING I RECOMMEND IS… since my

customers are often seeking portraits of themselves, I ask that they feel good or are working to feel good about themselves. It can be odd sometimes to see yourself photographed at a candid angle, let alone scribbled down in a sometimes expressive manner by me.

I REMEMBER…

once when I was in preschool, I waited until I knew my parents were asleep, and I crept to the attic to work on a detailed, colored-pencil collage of my family in our minivan. I guess from an early age I experienced and reveled in the process of creating. I only ever stopped really for a couple years in high school because I was utterly selfconscious of artmaking and everything else.

After spending the last eight years being a part-time mascot, 11-year-old Nick Ellerbroek’s name is now mentioned in the Mascot Hall of Fame in Whiting, IN, as the Youngest Professional Mascot. At 4 years old, Ellerbroek started his career, and it’s taken him all across the country. Ellerbroek has performed for many local and national teams, including the Chicago Bulls, the Sioux Falls Canaries, the Minnesota Timberwolves, the Harlem Globetrotters, and more.

A couple of the tricks he’s most proud of are his one-footed hoverboard ride and his one-handed cartwheels. Ellerbroek shared with 605 some secrets of his trade, the best concession item he’s tried, and which mascot he wants to be when he grows up.

WHAT’S THE BEST CONCESSION FOOD SNACK?

I really liked the Skyforce mascot, [Thunder], and wanted to see more mascots. My mom looked up mascots for me, and I loved Benny the Bull from the Chicago Bulls right away. I wanted to be him for Halloween, so my mom cut the head off an Elmo costume and got me a head, tail, jersey, shorts, and gloves. I would wear it all the time. I would also watch Benny’s videos and practice his dance moves every day. My mom sent a note to Benny just to show him what a superfan I was, and he wrote back within the hour. He wanted me to come out to Chicago to meet him and mascot a game with him. It was so fun.

I like the blue raspberry slushie that they named The Peep at the Canaries' “Birdcage” [Sioux Falls Stadium]. I also like pizza and nachos.

WHAT’S THE BEST PART OF BEING A MASCOT? I love to mess around with fans, and they don’t know who you are. I also like to do fun skits and dances and get the crowd cheering.

WHAT IS ONE THING THAT YOU WANT TO DO AS A MASCOT BUT HAVEN’T YET? I really want to be able to ride my dirt bike down a big flight of stairs, but nobody will let me. They all think I'll get hurt... but "Careful" is my middle name, so I won’t.
