Summer is right around the corner, so we decided to celebrate by reminiscing on our most recent road trip: The Custer State Park Buffalo Roundup. Naturally, we take a few detours through the Custer area. Black Hills Burger & Bun Co. arguably defends their title as the best burger spot in the state. Custer Beacon makes us feel right at home with gourmet dishes, served to us while sitting on couches. Local musician Lucas Olson treats us to a night of soulful and bluesy covers.
