One of Ohio’s favorite hometown restaurant chains, Old Bag of Nails Pub, is ready to host any and all of your next midsize gathering from the third floor of its Westerville restaurant. Whether it’s a meeting, celebration, reunion, or another type of gathering, Uptown Gather is a boutique event space that many liken–with its ease and ability to fully customize– to renting an AirBnB. Equipped with a variety of seating and a kitchen, guests can bring in their own food or cater in from local Westerville vendors.

One of the city’s top eateries is also able to host a gathering of up to 60 people. Giammarco’s Reno Room is a favorite for graduation parties, anniversary dinners, rehearsal dinners and more.

Wedding Venues

If you’re looking for local history and rustic charm on your big day, the Everal Barn and Homestead is right up your alley. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Everal Barn and Homestead is a beautiful indoor and outdoor venue in the heart of Westerville perfect for weddings, receptions and ceremonies.

A tried and true event space, The Golf Club at Little Turtle has a 50-year history of hosting weddings in Westerville. With scenic options for indoor and outdoor ceremonies, a beautiful ballroom, stone fireplace and chandeliers, it offers everything you need, and more, for your big day.

Last, but absolutely not least, is one of the more exciting and multifaceted event spaces that Westerville–or Central Ohio–has seen.

Slated to open this summer in Westerville–at 240 S. State St.–the fastgrowing and locally-owned coworking company COhatch is unveiling a massive new redevelopment of Westerville’s historic former armory.

At 2.3 acres in size, the new COhatch space will offer a full slate of unique amenities. According to COhatch founder and CEO Matt Davis, the space will offer walkable gardens, indoor and outdoor meeting spaces, a live music and event venue, access to Westerville’s bike trails, dog-friendly space, outdoor bocce courts, a play area for children and much more. After you work up an appetite enjoying the dynamic new space, you’ll also be able to visit an on-site restaurant and taproom from the popular local craft brewery North High Brewing Co.

These amenities are all including more than 14,000 square feet of coworking space, which will feature free coffee, tea and wifi, and even a private speakeasy.
