The exhibition will be open to exhibitors every day from 9:00am, from the 4th to the 6th of February.

Goods receiving
The organiser’s team can receive deliveries in your behalf when you’re not on site. These deliveries may only be made from Friday 31st January 2014 onwards. For this service, please send us the Goods reception authorization request (in the appendix of this document) before 10th January 2014. Stand disassembling
From the closing of the exhibition, on Thursday 6th February 2014 from 5:00pm to 2:00am. Friday 7th February 2014 in the morning, only with access authorization.
You can have the latter without extra cost. As well as for the set up of the stands, you can access the halls through the closest access to your stand among the following doors: #5.03, #5.06, #5.21 and #5.25.
Security
Security of the hall is guaranteed 24/24 from Saturday 1st February 8:00pm, to Friday 7th February at midday. We advise you to arrange for permanent attendance on your stand (especially during lunchtimes and stand dissambling)
Restrictions
The exhibition material must conform to security standards in place. The access of vehicles or motorised handling transport vehicles is strictly prohibited inside the buildings, except for our approved handler CLAMAGERAN. No brochures may be handed out beyond the stands.

Insurance
The organiser took out for itself, as well as for each exhibitor, Exhibition Civil Responsibility insurance cover.
Assembling instructions/ restrictions
It is strictly prohibited to drill, screw, nail or stick anything onto the walls, cladding, pillars or floors of the halls. Mountings situated high up against the walls of the halls are allowed, on condition that the vertical structures of the halls (posts, cordoning bars etc.) are not used. Floor weight restrictions
These are limited to 1.5 tons/m2, including for the iron structures relating to technical trunking. Machinery or elements constituting the stand that exceed this limit must obtain permission from the SEPEL-EUREXPO design office for their implementation.

Construction height
No construction may exceed 5.5m in height.
Hanging up height
The maximum height of hanging points is set at 6.5 m.
Electrical installations at the stand
It is officially prohibited to make use of private installations in the Exhibition Centre (technical trunking in the halls) for passing electrical cables through to the stands. No connection (overhead or on the ground) is permitted in order to link up one stand to another of the same company, where it is separated by a walkway.
Emergency exits
As a general rule, all means provided for emergencies (fire hose cabinets, extinguishers, detection systems) must be permanently accessible. The fire hose cabinets located on the hall’s pillars, as well as those located on the interior of a stand, may, together with the pillar, be decorated, but they must remain visible and accessible at all times.
Goods handling
You can access the interior of the halls via doors situated along the outside of the building. Only exhibition vehicles and goods handling machinery are allowed to enter the halls. The parking bays located nearby the halls may be used by installers and exhibitors.
Stand disassembling
The stand’s site must be restored to its original state. Any refuse (mats, stickers, constructions) must be removed. Any damage noticed during the stand disassembling will be invoiced to the exhibitor concerned. The exhibitor is responsible for their service providers.
Refuse
Over and above 1m3 of refuse, the organiser reserves the right to invoice the exhibitor for a contribution towards refuse recycling.

All technical requirements are summarised on your personnal space of the exhibitor extranet. All orders are to be placed through it before before December 14th 2013
1.1
CARPET
A grey carpet is furnished with your stand. However, if you want your stand with a black carpet or without any carpet, please inform us through your personal space of the exhibitor extranet.
1.2
ELECTRICITY
LEVEL 1: The shell scheme stands are delivered with a 3kW supply outlet. (Heigh : 700 mm, width : 400 mm, depth : 300 mm) NOTE: BARE STANDS ARE DELIVERED WITHOUT ENERGY.
LEVEL 2: For 4kW to 20kW electrical connections: On the stand, you have an electrical supply post called a “supply outlet”, which includes: - an LCD screen - a nominative (name and number of the stand) chip card, indicating the required power and storing the operating set-up (amperage, power consumed, hours of usage), reconfigurable upon request - a system for detection and alarm, indicating any electrical malfunction.
How to connect to the supply: 2 single phase plugs of 10A each (or 3kW maximum per plug) a three phase plug of 32A (or 20kW maximum) NOTE: connection to the three phase plug requires, a p17 type male connector to be ordered before the exhibition starts.
LEVEL 3: For electrical connections with a power output greater than 20kW: (Heigh : 750 mm, width : 350 mm, depth : 330 mm) A fuse box equipped with a terminal board will be installed. Connection is devolved to and payable by the exhibitors or to their installer, who must then supply all necessary cabling and connections.
Important > There are two options for power connections: a) “day” power connections (during exhibition opening hours) b) “day/night” power connections (24/24)
Legislation > Every exhibitor who wishes to have power at their stand is required to have an independent electrical connection (Clause T35, section VIII of the Règlement de Sécurité contre les risques d’incendie et de panique dans les ERP (Safety Rules against fire hazards and panic in Exhibition Halls) – Order 25/06/1980).
Security > The outlet must remain accessible to support staff at all times.
Responsibility > The exhibitor remains responsible for the outlet supplied on site. Important > A technical floor may be necessary to protect your installation.

Plastic protection will be taken off the night before the opening of the trade show. If you want the carpet to be cleaned on Monday evening, Tuesday evening and Wednesday evening, you should order it on your personal space of the exhibitor extranet.

MOUNTING
Certain structures in Eurexpo halls are designed for hanging up signage, light points or decorating items. This mounting uses 6mm steel cable slings, connected to the structure’s hooks by steel shackles, ending with a loop containing a clip. NOTE: this service requires a feasibility study request, which must be submitted to the organisers
before December 14th 2013. Following receipt of the request, the logistics department will carry out the study and provide a corresponding quote; thereafter it will carry out the mounting on to the structures. This service is provided exclusively by companies approved by Eurexpo.
Important > he maximum height of hanging points is 6.5m. Any other requests will require a special dispensation.

CTCO is offering you an intelligent and ergonomic system to manage all of your tradeshow contacts. Before the tradeshow: You have access to a website interface allowing you to define the parameters of your exhibitor account, including the fields that will appear on your reader. During the tradeshow: E@syLead is a Samsung Galaxy smartphone application that allows you to scan the QR codes of visitors. Data relating to the contacts may be viewed and edited in real time on the smartphone. > Company, contact details, last name, first name, email, etc. (basic fields) > Management of your daily statistics After the tradeshow: Connect via your interface to export all your contacts. You can also choose to send them a personalised “thank you” email.

INSURANCE
The additional insurance brochure appears in BC5 form. The organiser has taken out Organiser Civil Liability insurance on its own behalf. In addition, for each exhibitor, it has taken out:
Exhibitor Civil Liability insurance covering damage caused by third parties,
Exhibitor Stand insurance covering the goods displayed against theft with breaking and entering
and damages to the value of 5,000.00 Euros per stand, with an excess of 200.00 Euros per incident
and per exhibitor.
There is the option to take out insurance for higher than the fixed amount of 5,000 Euros, using the form appearing in the appendix to this document (BC5 form), to be sent directly to our service provider.

QU’EST-CE QUI N’EST PAS COUVERT ? - Le vol sans effraction - Les biens exposés laissés sans surveillance durant les heures d’ouverture au public et/ou aux exposants - La perte ou disparition inexplicable (tare d’inventaire) - La neige, la pluie, l’eau ou la grêle sur le matériel exposé en plein air - La rouille, l’oxydation, les égratignures et les éraflures - Le défaut mécanique, la panne ou l’enrayage non consécutif à un accident - L’usure de ce qui est exposé - L’usage non conforme aux spécificités du fabricant - La saisie ou confiscation légale ou illégale du matériel en couverture de dettes contractées - La remise du matériel comme caution même si cela se fait en dehors de la connaissance de l’assuré

- du 2 février au 8 février 2013 (périodes de montage et démontage incluses)
3.- QUE PAYONS-NOUS EN CAS DE SINISTRE ?
- Pour le matériel préalablement assuré par l’assurance d’un loueur, nous intervenons uniquement en différence de conditions. - Pour le matériel vous appartenant, nous vous remboursons en valeur à neuf moins 0,5% de dépréciation par mois par rapport à la date d’achat. - Pour le matériel ne vous appartenant pas (loué ou mis à disposition par un technicien), en valeur réelle.
4.- MONTANT DE LA GARANTIE - FRANCHISE
- Garantie à hauteur de 5.000 euros par stand (possibilité de s’assurer au-delà de 5.000 euros à l’aide du formulaire prévu à cet effet) - Franchise de 200 eurospar sinistre et par exposant

En cas de sinistre, vous devez dans les 24 heures nous transmettre soit par e-mail à contact@elisabethginhac-associes.fr soit par courrier à élisabeth ginhac & associés – 36 rue des Petits Champs – 75002 PARIS : - Les circonstances et les causes du sinistre - Une estimation du montant approximatif de la perte En cas de vol, vous devez : - prendre des photos afin de prouver l’effraction, - déposer une plainte pour vol au commissariat de police le plus proche, - nous faire parvenir par e-mail à contact@elisabethginhac-associes.fr ou par courrier à élisabeth ginhac & associés – 36 rue des Petits Champs – 75002 PARIS les photos prouvant l’effraction, le procès verbal de dépôt de plainte et les factures des biens volés.
