roops of the Operation LAFIYA DOLE currently combing and arresting Boko Haram terrorists in their hideouts in the North East have rescued one more schoolgirl, Rakiya Abubakar, abducted from Government Girls Secondary School, Chibok, Borno State. And in a swift response, President Muhammadu Buhari, in a statement by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina, welcomed the recovery of Rakiya Abubakar, who is said to be from Alagarno area of Damboa Local Government Area of Borno State. Indeed, an operational update released, yesterday, by the Nigerian Army said the girl was rescued with Rakiya Abubakar and her baby after their rescue near Sambisa Forest by troops of the 27 Brigade around Alagarno area near Ajigin in Damboa Local Government area, Borno state, yesterday.

Usman confirmed that the rescued girl is “Rakiya Abubakar, with her six months old baby.” He said, according to preliminary investigation, the rescued schoolgirl was discovered to be the daughter of Abubakar Gali Mulima and Habiba Abubakar of Chibok.
