washida成立於2007年，在一台電腦及簡單的想法中逐步發想而成。
創立之初,是以代購日本的商品為主，以網路為根基做出發點，致力於挑選及找尋“簡單，好穿搭，貼近人們 生活的服飾及單品”與大家分享。 Washida, which the company was founded in 2007, and start from a computer with few simple thoughts. Just do it step by step. 在這樣的理念之下，挑選符合銷售精神的商品販售給顧客，而顧客因為購買後有好的評價，進而有好的回饋。 亦或是商品有何缺點反應給我們，而我們於下次挑選商品時可以避免再挑同樣的商品。 According to this idea, we select the item which is fit with our conditions and present to our customers.
