XYG Grading Manual [English]


Ⅴ. 기능설명 1 Notch develop (1) move on Elemen : you can move a notch along the line you selected by enter the amount of movement of the notch. After grading, use linear movement when the position of the notch in the pattern of any size is the same, or notch position pitch.

(3) Fit length : Ease amount calculated based on the length of the various segments and move to the same amount or the pitch modified of the ease. (3) Element Parallel : Move to parallel position with segments meet each other. Click the point to modify : 1 click Click the parallel basis lines : 2 click Click the start and end points of the line to meet

4. Divide (1) Divide : Devide pitch value to multiple elements. Enclose point to divide value : enclose 1~4

The following window will appear.

① Click [All value total] button. Enter total pitch values. ② Enter the ratio of each element to be divide from total

pitch in [ratio]. ③ Select direction up, down, left and right of the points to move. ④ You can see that the correct values are entered

depending on the ratio in each cell when you click the [Ratio]button. Click the [Develop] button, and you can see the results such as the following image.

(2) Location : The parts are moved with the same pitch based on the first position and the last position of the parts. Enclose point to grading : enclose 1~4

5. Copy Pitch (1) Same pitch : Copy the pitch value of one point and the pitch value is applied to the number of points . Click the point to copy pitch value : 1 click Enclose the points to apply pitch value : 2 click

It is possible to change the plus and minus. Also you can choose the coordinates to copy.

(2) Point : You can copy the pitch values of one or more points, and Apply it to the point . Click the points in regular sequence to copy pitch value : 1~5 click Click the points in regular sequence to apply pitch value : 6~10 click

(3) Area point : Enclose the points to copy pitch values and apply the pitch values on another enclosed points. Enclose the points to copy pitch values : enclose 1 area. Enclose the points to apply pitch values : enclose 2 area.

6. Mirror : Revert the X-axis or Y-axis direction of pitch values in enclosed area. Enclose the points to revert pitch values. : enlose 1 area 적용할 점을 영역으로 지시 : 2번 영역 선택 <- 잘못된 부분입니다. 삭제 필요.

You can choose one way to revert the pitch values between

three different ways.

How to reverse the deviation can be choose among three ways.

7. Interpolation (1) Similar : Points move for the similar form of based line. Click two points of based line to calculate the interpolation : Click1~2 Enclose the points to calculate the interpolation. : Enclose 3 area.

(2) Ratio : Points are developed to the position of similar ratio of based line. Click two points of based line to calculate the interpolation : Click 1~2 Enclose the points to calculate the interpolation. : Enclose 3 area.

Pitch value is depended on change percentage of X-axis and Y-axis. Formula : AX:ax=BX:bx

AY:ay=BY:by

8. Standard axis (1) X axis : Set the X-axis depending on the inclination of selected line. Click origin of X-axis. : Click line to be origin of X-axis. Click edge or tangential line of X-axis : Click arrow pointing line.

# If you select "Reverse", like the picture is displayed.


(2) Y axis : Set the X-axis depending on the inclination of selected line. Click origin of Y-axis. : Click line to be origin of Y-axis. Click edge or tangential line of Y-axis : Click arrow pointing line.

# If you select "Reverse", like the picture is displayed.

(3) As sign angle : Set axis by rocate freely or enter the angle. Click origin of axis. : Click line to be origin of axis. Move mouse(Right button=enter the angle) : Rocate axis direction freely.

(4) Refer angle : Check the axis direction of point is already set.

(5) Cancel axis mode : Cancel axis mode is set.

9. Point reconstruction : Reconstruct the position of point, if pattern is moved.

10. Initialize point : Initialize the point is set pitch value.

11. Search point name : Search the point is developed by simple(point name).

12. Shift screen : Change screen between 1screen and 2screen.
