Seven Oaks Adult Learning and Settlement Services
Have you noticed and tasted the micro greens and sprouts in the classrooms at 7 Oaks Adult Learning Centre? If not, you are in for a treat! Despite their small sizes, the plants are healthy, nutritious and surprisingly tasty. Micro greens and sprouts are an excellent way to add fresh and cheap vegetables to your everyday food. We are introducing techniques for indoor gardening through upcoming workshops at our office. If you are interested in attending and receiving an indoor gardening kit, please register with settlement worker, Erna Andersen.
