2022 team assembly.
The 2022 team assembly is quickly approaching and we can’t wait to see you at the Expo Centre. On Tuesday, September 27, we will have the opportunity to celebrate our many milestones and successes over the past year and learn more about how we’re evolving to grow and ensure our continued success from president and chief executive officer, Mark Komlenic. The sessions will be split into morning and afternoon sessions to give everyone the opportunity to attend. Your leader should be reaching out to confirm the session you will attend based on team requirements. To ensure we meet capacity requirements, we’re asking all team members to register for the session they are attending here.
MORNING SESSION:
Begins promptly at 9 a.m. and adjourns at 11:30 a.m.
AFTERNOON SESSION:
Begins promptly at 1:30 p.m. and adjourns at 4 p.m.
This is an in-person event and all team members are expected to attend in person. If there are extenuating circumstances that will not allow you to attend this meeting in person, please email HR & Payroll Questions. For those team members who live out of province, we will post the entire morning session of the assembly on Intrablue in the afternoon so team members can set aside time to watch at their convenience. The recording will remain on Intrablue for those who may be away that day and want to view at a later date.
Transportation
Complimentary parking will be provided at the Expo Centre. Please let the parking attendant know you’re with Alberta Blue Cross and they’ll direct you on where to go. If you prefer to take the LRT and do not have a monthly transit pass, transit tickets will be provided to you at no cost. Pop by Human Resources to pick up your transit tickets before September 23.
