Get your Pi Day pie Staff Association members, hold onto your protractors, because we’re celebrating Pi Day with 3.14159 times more excitement than last year. On March 14, you could be one of our lucky winners to receive a Pi Day pie! Here are all the delicious details… Enter our Pi Day contest to win a free pie from a local bakery. That means As Easy as Pie Confections for our Edmonton team members and Pie Junkie for our Calgary team members. Don’t live in either city? We’re determined to bring you pie regardless, so no matter where you live in Alberta, we’ll find a local bakery to deliver the goods. Because just like pi, our love of pie is infinite and irrational.
Follow these steps for your chance at a free pie:
1
Fill out our registration form [link to form] no later than 2 p.m. on Monday, March 7.
2
Double check that you’ve included your correct delivery address—if an address is missing or incorrect, we’ll have to move on to someone else.
3
Sit back and wait for pie.
4
Upon receiving pie, light a birthday candle and sing a quick Happy Birthday to Albert Einstein.
5
Eat all the pie.
Please note that contestants will not be able to pick the kind of pie they want. If you’re unable to enjoy your pie, pay it forward by giving it to someone who can. Send your questions to Beth Elliott.
