John Stanton is a best-selling Canadian author of four books on running and founder of the Running Room, one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies. You’ve always wanted to run but haven’t known where to start. Now here’s a program that will teach you about running in hot and cold weather, nutrition, goal setting, how to avoid injury, pacing and much more. This program will allow you to run comfortably without spending a great deal of time training or recovering!
for women only
This learn-to-run program was designed with the female athlete in mind. The For Women Only program will provide you with a strong foundation to develop and maintain a desired level of fitness. This program uses running, walking, stretching and health education to provide the tools for long-lasting fitness.
5K training
