Hult’s Global Campus Rotation provides an extraordinary opportunity to study in the world’s fastest growing economies An international perspective is crucial to understanding today’s business issues. Hult’s Global Campus Rotation Program allows students to gain critical insights into the world’s key economies. Students begin at their home campus in either Boston, San Francisco, London, Dubai, or Shanghai, where they will receive the same fully accredited education using an identical curriculum. During their elective
modules, students are given the option to rotate to up to two other Hult campuses, expanding their international exposure and global networks.
Going beyond the classroom We turn conventional classroom learning on its head—with cutting-edge technology, executive speakers, and innovative fast-track programs. All incoming MBA and Master students are given an iPad with access to virtual tutorial sessions, where they can take learning to the next level. Expert tutors will help students navigate any trouble areas or answer any questions they may run into during their degree, through a series of optional virtual tutorial sessions. HultTV, a web-streaming platform, allows students to access our classrooms at any time, from anywhere, and to watch Hult professors and classmates debate live or top speakers present current trends and industry insights. We also ensure that our students are exposed to leading business experts and industry professionals with our Executive Speaker Series, hosted across all campuses. Current speakers include Steve Forbes, President and CEO of Forbes magazine, and John Sculley, former President of PepsiCo. Past speakers have included Steve Wozniak, co-founder of Apple, and Michael Dukakis, former U.S. Presidential candidate.
A truly international student body For over 40 years, we have been training leaders from all over the world. Our current student body is made up of experienced professionals from over 80 countries. The breadth of experience, insight, and cultural perspectives that our students bring to the classroom creates an extraordinary learning environment.

Hult’s LEAP Method— board-level training at a Fortune 500 company* Hult is the pioneer of Action Learning, integrating classroom teaching with real-life situations. Our curriculum is based on three components: “Learn,” “Experience,” and “Action Project”—the LEAP Method. Theory is taught in the classroom through lectures and required readings. The theory is then put to the test through case studies of actual business problems and business simulations. An integral part of our LEAP Method is the Action Project, which gives you the chance to apply the skills you learned in the classroom and to work as part of a small team focused on solving a current business problem for the world’s leading companies.

Global Campus Rotation
Highlights of the 2010 Global Campus Rotation
Boston
An international perspective is crucial to understanding today’s business issues. Hult’s programs offer an extraordinary opportunity to live and study at any of our campuses in Boston, San Francisco, London, Dubai, or Shanghai. Live and study in some of the world’s most influential cities Hult’s Global Campus Rotation gives you the chance to study at up to three of our five campuses. This provides Hult students with a unique opportunity to experience firsthand the emerging markets of the Middle East or China, or to develop a broad network of corporate contacts across multiple continents. Once you start your program on your home campus, you can decide where to take elective courses. Imagine starting your degree in London and then spending time in Shanghai before graduating in Boston—it’s a truly life-changing experience that only Hult can deliver.
Seamless experience, from Hult to Hult Our Global Campus Rotation program is fully integrated into our curriculum. In contrast to most business schools that offer their students study abroad opportunities through exchange programs with other schools, Hult prides itself on being the full provider of the Global Campus Rotation. No matter which Hult campus you are on, you will use the same electronic library, Course Management System, Career Services, and Student Services. Our global campus network ensures that your academic experience is uninterrupted and hassle-free.
Bringing the study of international business to life The advantage of our Global Campus Rotation is immediately clear when you consider the benefits of learning international business in a global setting. Discuss Islamic finance at our Dubai campus and then enjoy a fascinating roundtable discussion with the leading bankers of the region. Debate a case study at our Shanghai campus about the manufacturing industry and go on a factory tour of the world’s largest textile factory the next day. International business cannot be taught in the classroom—nothing can replace the experience of really getting an on-the-ground understanding of what is happening in different parts of the world.
“Our Global Campus Rotation is at the center of our mission to educate global business leaders. This unique program allows our students to gain a truly international perspective and experience firsthand the business practices of some of the world’s most exciting economies.” Dr. Stephen Hodges President of Hult International Business School
Expand your international network Engage with classmates from other campuses during your Global Campus Rotation. Build valuable contacts as you study alongside new faces and learn from different faculty on our campuses. The Career Services and Student Services teams on each campus will ensure that you have many opportunities to network with your peers and industry professionals alike. No other school offers such an opportunity to graduate with a valuable network of friends and contacts all over the world.
“Shanghai was a tremendous eye-opener. During my rotation, I acknowledged what I’ve been reading in newspapers for months—China is truly the new direction of the global economy and Shanghai is the final destination for future decision makers. Chinese people are eager to learn, understand, and be understood. As a modern leader, you just cannot miss the opportunity to live and work in China ... and master eating with chopsticks!” Alessandro Apicella Italy, Class of 2010
“The most valuable thing Hult has provided me is the opportunity to connect with people from different parts of the world. By interacting with people from every continent, you learn about different customs and business practices and how the former may affect the latter. This helps you prepare for a career in any part of the world.” Lola Adenkan Nigeria, Class of 2010
• Executive Guest Speaker U.S. Presidential candidate Michael Dukakis led our international student audience in a lively discussion on the global economy. • At a Hult mixer, rotation students had the opportunity to network with leading Hult alumni in the region. • Students soaked up Boston’s cultural scene and enjoyed the spectacular Independence Day fireworks by the Charles River.
London • Mark Turell, CEO of Imaginatik, joined students on a cruise along the River Thames. • Students took advantage of the school’s central London location, discovering West End plays and London’s lively nightlife. • Many students on rotation watched the world’s leading tennis players compete at Wimbledon, while others took the Eurostar to Paris.
Dubai • Students enjoyed a once-in-a-lifetime desert safari, indoor skiing, and sky-diving, snorkelling, and scuba diving trips to nearby Dibba. • A range of impressive speakers, from a managing director of HSBC to a bestselling Middle Eastern business author, addressed students on doing business in the Middle East. • All students received free Arabic lessons and visited cultural centers.
Shanghai • Students visited the World Expo, hosted within a few kilometers of Hult’s Shanghai campus. • Students toured a variety of leading Chinese businesses including Bao Steel, one of the world’s largest steel companies, and Wahaha, the world’s fourth-largest beverage company. • China experts, both local and international, provided students with valuable insights into doing business in Asia. • Rotating students enjoyed an incredible array of cultural experiences, including kung fu, Chinese medicine workshops, and Mandarin lessons.

Marketing has changed for good. Digital media now plays a vital role in most advertising campaigns and digital marketing has already become a massive USD55 billion global industry. In many markets, online advertising expenditure has already overtaken television expenditure and is set to triple in size over the next five years. As a result, all marketers must have an in-depth understanding of digital techniques. Those who do will find themselves in great demand; those who don’t will be forever playing catch-up. Hult is one of the first business schools in the world to offer a Master of Digital Marketing degree to equip students with the strategic business and marketing skills necessary to thrive in today’s digital age. A highly relevant education in both business and digital marketing Hult’s Master of Digital Marketing has been designed in collaboration with the leading provider of best practice and education for the digital sector, Econsultancy. Master of Social Entrepreneurship The Hult Master of Social Entrepreneurship offers comprehensive coverage of academic theory and key global issues, as well as an in-depth exploration of the economic, financial, and management practices that can be applied to solving real-world social problems. Change yourself, change the world
Action Projects provide hands-on experience
Hult’s Master of Social Entrepreneurship is a pioneering program that provides students with the key knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience needed to become effective leaders in this growing field. Students will be based in London—a city teeming with entrepreneurs—tackling the world’s problems through innovative solutions.
Social Entrepreneurship is about “thinking” and “doing.” Hult’s Action Projects ask students to generate solutions to global problems. This can include developing innovative social responsibility or sustainability strategies or corporate clients or leading NGOs, or consulting for government agencies and think-tanks on policy options to combat social barriers. Hult’s Master of Social Entrepreneurship is unique in providing students with these opportunities—not just in the classroom, but in the field. Hult’s Action Projects, the capstone of the program, challenge students to put the knowledge and skills they have learned to the test as they consult for actual organizations facing real-world international challenges.
An in-depth exploration of social-political issues and business realities Social entrepreneurs tackle complex issues, from fighting poverty, finding solutions to environmental and human rights issues, to increasing the availability of quality education for low-income students. Practitioners in this field must understand contemporary global issues and be adept at mustering and mobilizing human, financial, and political resources to support their cause. Because of this multi-faceted approach, Hult’s Master of Social Entrepreneurship provides students with equal measures of business skills, knowledge of how to navigate social and political issues, and a full understanding of how to make social change happen.
