Candy Ghost
Candy Ghostby Fernando Romero, age 9
This ghost loves candy and goes to the candy store every night. He eats candy every night, but one night he went in and there was no candy. He looked everywhere, but no candy. Not even a bit of candy on the floor. He could not find anyone or anything. It was taking a lot more time than he thought. There was one more place he did not look, but it was far down a long hallway. He walked that very long hallway and got a little closer. Then a little more, a little more. He made it, walking that long hallway. Down there was a girl ghost. She said, “Hello, my name is Moffa.” She was the one who ate all of the candy in the store. The ghost said, “I was the one who came to this store many years ago. But I got murdered by a man who once owned the whole store.” Suddenly, a ghost of the one who murdered passed and said, “Come. Come. Come. Come with.” But the other ghost said, “No” and controlled the lights, turning them on. The ghost hated the lights on and said, “Ah! Ahhh! Turn them off! Off! Off!” and disappeared into the darkness. “Bye, bye,” the ghost said. “Thank you for attacking the monster ghost.”
