Dear Luis: You might think our friendship is not strong and important, but to me it’s important and strong. When I first stepped foot in an NYC school, the teacher said, “Hey, this person’s going to help you and he speaks Spanish just like you.” It’s very interesting how we met and became best friends. I always look up to you. You were the person who taught me how to be a good person and express my feelings. You made me a person who is kind, nice, and a good person.
