We have a national buying site where you will be able to buy and sell jewellery items with other franchisees to ensure your retail stock remains fresh and suited to your individual markets. We have regular regional meetings to ensure all store owners can network and share information and an annual two day conference to share information, IT releases, market changes and more. Our accounting partners Xero and our inhouse team of accountants will regularly monitor your budgets, cash flows and margins to ensure that any concerns are identified quickly and can be acted upon.

As each new franchisee comes on board, they will spend at least 2-3 days in our Flagship store and at Gold System HQ in Tauranga learning the systems and retail support tools (like gold testing) with our trainers. We will then introduce you to your new store, personalised and designed for your market and start the process of training on our Gold Systems Retail Management system. Our trainers will spend at least one day per week at your store for at least the first 4-6 weeks and then move into a bi-monthly visit and training system. We have a number of people on board designing systems and ensuring the information you receive is as simple and concise as possible.
