Title 马尔代夫临空经济区项目 概念设计, 2018 胡鲁马累, 马尔代夫 马尔代夫临空经济区项目位于马尔代夫胡鲁马累岛西面中央临海的 核心位置,将打造为“海上丝绸之路的展示窗口”。包含“四个中心, 一个配套,一个枢纽”六大功能:即空港空企服务中心、国际贸易 中心、会议会展中心,商业购物中心、中高端旅游配套设施及交通 枢纽等,打造符合马代未来发展需求的临空经济区项目。项目建成 后,将成为马尔代夫当地最具地标性和代表性的标志性建筑群,大 幅提升马尔代夫的国家形象。 通过开发马尔代夫临空经济区项目,将有效带动马代大首都经济圈 的建设、推进临空经济产业的发展步伐,同时在缓解首都人口压 力、提高公共服务设施能级、建设国际交流平台上也起到至关重要 的作用。

A civic corridor evokes the regeneration and

new-round development of the whole district.

The crossing of the civic corridor and urban corridor, metro stations and main resources form the main areas of regeneration. The urban design work for these nodes can be implemented through resource-leading, station construction and corridor control, which leads to the phasing procedure of the whole vision.

This project is driven by the research on the basis of larger context (Manchester Corridor), which examined the future of University of Manchester Campus learning space in the context forthcoming changes in the educational system and future technological advancements.

By 2050, student population change, technological advancements, pedagogical evolution and patterns of using space will re-define the learning space on campus. In order to respond to the emerging demand of spaces, university learning space, particularly the libraries will be in the forefront to make response to future challenges to make itself adaptable and transformable to these constant changes. So this project is a library design, but not a traditional library, as it will contain some programme that traditional ones do not have and also space that will be adaptable to different future needs.
截止到2050年,学生数量的改变,科技的进步,教育的演变已经学 生使用空间的习惯将从新定义校园的建筑空间。为了对未来的空间 需求做出反应,大学的学习空间,尤其是图书馆将首先处在首位来 做出改变以适应未来的挑战,通过使自身变得更加具备适应性。 因此这个项目是一个可适应性的图书馆设计, 但是不是一个传统的 图书馆设计。它将包含一些传统图书馆不具备的功能并且图书馆空 间将具有更大的可适应。

The study area for this project is in the Beswick, a neighbourhood of East Manchester. This site was of particular interest, as it is bounded by three main roads and a railway, making the area isolated from its surroundings.

To improve this, we have designed and created a generative Isoviest model to automate the process of positioning and placement of the spaces and typologies with specific rules. In doing so, multiple scenarios can be generated and tested in a much shorter time frame.
