Flexicurity is an integrated strategy for strengthen and improve flexibility and security in the labour market. It is designed to clarify employers' need for a flexible workforce and support workers' need for security and to provide them with confidence that they will not face long periods of unemployment. Our mission is to integrate this process into our organisation and train our workforce to use quality system effectively. Monitoring and measurement of the implementaion process shall be indipendantly audited and verified to comform to ISO9001 Internation Standard requirements. Workforce and clients who use the system to comply with specificed training requirements shall be required to use approved black box technology to assess development and environmental improvments and effectivness of the quality system.
