VOCATIONAL LEARNING Level Knowledge 5 Learners at this level must have factual, comprehensive, specialised, and theoretical knowledge within the European co-operation for Accreditation Best Practice Guidelines and an awareness of the boundaries of that knowledge

Learners must be able to demonstrate leadership acquiring knowledge and applying reasoning and intuition in order to provide comprehensive practical and creative solutions to abstract problems within Mobility and Transport or other related sectors with a requirement for drivers and/or riders.
a. Learners must exercise management and supervision in contexts of work and/or study activities where there is unpredictable change in own and/or other sectors. b. Review and develop performance of self and others within the guidelines of the European Qualifications Framework for Lifelong Learning c. Manage risks within the context of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work.
