Road Haulage & Logistics (CPC) Environment: Agriculture, Road Haulage & Logistics Legal Requirements. Session 1: Overview of the TASCC Road Haulage Codes of Practice and Driver CPC. Duration: 7 Hours initial Training Hours required for full Certification: 35 Hours The numbers below represents the minimum records which must be kept by a haulier to comply with the TASCC Codes of Practice for Road Haulage of Combinable Crops and Animal Feed effective from the 1 st of July 2010. This programme of Professional development has been designed to include Road Haulage Industry regulations, Drivers CPC regulations, the principles and targets of the EU – Road Safety Policy and “Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points” (HACCP). All basic knowledge requirements of the transporting of products are included in the drivers Job Profile and individual training plan. This product shall be used in conjunction with the following; Health & Safety Policy, Environmental Policy, Training Agreement, training plans 1, 2, & 3, Driver development resource pack and Organisation Development Matrix List of Minimum Records to Comply with TASCC Codes of Conduct for Road Haulage H1.1/H.1.3 Training records H2.1/H.2.2 Procedures/designated person I.1 J.1 Drivers CPC A1
