1922-1930’s University Residential Cultural and Educational District
The Japanese-style wooden houses on Qingtian Street express the "Japanese-style houses in Taiwan" in space, including traditional Japanese style, westernization after the Taisho period, and adaptation changes in Taiwan; it also represents the Japanese in history. 1970s
Taiwan experienced rapid economic growth and rapid urbanization. Most of the shophouses during the Qing Dynasty or the residences during the Japanese occupation period were renovated and developed into concrete buildings.

The residents of Qingtian Street organized an activity called "Qingtian Emerald", which was a networking activity to understand the community environment. The informal organization of the community spontaneously started gatherings similar to the work of community literature and history, which gradually raised the residents' sense of community.
