egion III had a lot of people come back in the THSRA state final short. We got to name one of our own Vie Vie Blanchard the 2021 Texas High School Queen. In the Barrel Racing Jada Trosper took the State Title by four tenths of a second. In the boys cutting freshmen Jake Shelton and Payden Rust are your Reserve State Champ with a score of 439. In the Bull Riding freshman John Crimber won by an amazing 78 points. Girls Cutting freshman Flynn Madison will be going to nationals in the number 4 spot. With the Goat Tying Lizzy Webb

sealed the number 4 spot with a 7.53 in the short go. Rylee Hardin sent herself to nationals in the number three spot for the Pole Bending. Reined cow horse Emily Kent is the Reserve State Champ. Also going to nationals in the fourth spot, freshman Madeline Horton. Freshman Jase Stout took the number three spot to nationals in the Saddle Bronc. Freshman Ty Burgess in the Steer Wrestling is your Reserve State Champ starting off his state with a 4.64 on his first steer.
