Costa Rica was a hard trip to plan.
I didn’t have the usual excitement and butterflies. Something was weighing heavy on me.
We had one of the most seamless flights. The immigration was a breeze.
Our adventures started the moment we stepped out of the airport and didn’t finish until the plane with LAX destination took off.
We faced some of the biggest personal fears.
Dealt with challenges we would rather avoid.
We’re hit with surprises were weren’t prepared for.
Our Costa Rica trip was one of those that you almost want to rewind and redo.
Almost.
Because during the some of the hardest lows we met those, who we are honored to call friends for life.
We learned lessons that are invaluable.
And most importantly, we realized that the world, although is not a perfect place, is still a pretty good one.
