Luminarias de Concepción
En Guatemala, las festividades de fin de año comienzan el 7 de diciembre, con las luminarias a la Inmaculada Concepción. A las seis de la tarde los guatemaltecos queman piñatas en forma de diablo, para alejar así a los malos espíritus. El folclor también está presente, pues salen los 24 diablos, una danza donde cada diablo representa a un pecado diferente.
