“Es una realidad, muchos compatriotas buscan oportunidades fuera del país, por lo que también hemos trabajado para que sea una actividad segura”, expresó el presidente de Guatemala, Alejandro Giammattei.

El jefe de Estado, acompañado de los ministros de Relaciones Exteriores y de Trabajo y Previsión Social, presentó el reglamento para el registro de reclutadores de personas en el extranjero.

Se fortalece

“Con la creación de este registro electrónico de reclutadoras, contaremos con datos certeros de trabajadores guatemaltecos temporales en el extranjero”, aseguró el ministro de la cartera laboral.

Por último, el mandatario informó que estas acciones fortalecen el Programa de Trabajo Temporal en el Extranjero que impulsa el Gobierno.

The head of state, accompanied by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Labor and Social Security, presented the regulations for registering recruiters of people abroad.

The minister of Labor emphasized that “with this electronic registry of recruiters, we will have accurate data of temporary Guatemalan workers abroad.”

Finally, the President informed that these actions strengthen the Temporary Work Abroad program promoted by the Government.
