Since 1984, our family tradition has seen the art of charcuterie grow, sharing knowledge and flavours perfected over several generations and the passage of time. Francisco Arvana, his wife and two children have unique knowledge of the company structure and SEL's main objective is to continue to invest in the quality of its products and in innovative manufacturing processes.
