RODEO DRIVE Toronto, Ontario Client: Lanterra Developments Size: 57,237 m2 | 616,093 ft2 Completion: Under Construction Inspired by California culture, Rodeo Drive Condominiums brings forth luxury life-style design to Toronto’s Shops at Don Mills. Simple, yet complex, for its interconnected two-tower program of residential units, amenities, retail, park space, and underground parking, this project is a respresentation for the ever growing Toronto populous. As a Job Captain my role in this project was to coordinate full SPA and 100% CD sets, within the context of coordinating all staff and consultant members. In addition, I took on BIM lead in creating all project setup, standards, templates, and families.

CIBC SQUARE Toronto, Ontario Client: Ivanhoé Cambridge & Hines Size: 148,640 m2 | 1,600,000 ft2 Completion: Phase I (2020), Phase II (2023) A new design jewel in Toronto’s financial district and transport hub, CIBC Square is a major mixed-use development in collaboration with WilkinsonEyre and Adamson Associates. This two phase masterplan provides two 250m high-rise towers linked together by a high level sky park over the city’s rail corridor. The first phase, 81 Bay Street, comprises a 54-storey tower and podium hosting an array of amenity progromming for retail, restaurants, conference facilities, and a new bus terminal. In addition, the second phase will follow with 141 Bay Street, which will mimic its first sibling. Distinguish by its diamond pattern facade, the project brings a fresh design to its surrounding context in scale and modulation.

Using Revit Architecture our team focused on preliminary design and schematic design where I was responsible for designing and producing architectural illustration, diagrams, and final renderings for client presentations.

St. THOMAS CONSOLIDATED COURTHOUSE St. Thmoas, Ontario Client: Access Justice St. Thomas + Infrastructure Ontario Size: 16,075 m2 | 173,000 ft2 Completion: 2012 Design Proposal Constructed within a residential neighborhood in St. Thomas Ontario, 1853, the St. Thomas (Elgin County) Courthouse is a provincially designated heritage building. With respect to project’s premise of being a preservation and expansion project, the design proposal was focused on three tasks: preserving and restoring the Elgin County Courthouse and the former Land Registry Office, as well as providing a significant but subtle architectural addition. Having an established arrangement of a tripartite portico entry, the new addition anchors the existing building’s backdrop with its symmetrical extension to the east and west. Within the design of the building, a three storey atrium space was created to act as a spatial separation between the existing building and new addition. During this portion of the project I was given the opportunity to work on the interior design of the atrium space and public corridors, specifically materials arrangement, application, scale, order, and colour renderings for final presentation.

Q-SHIP TOWER Qatar, Doha Client: Qatar Navigation Size: 52,900 m2 | 569,410 ft2 Completion: 2012 Design Competition The Q-Ship Tower was a unique proposal in that it had to be completed and submitted within 7 days. With the premise that the tower would be made for Qatar Navigation Company, opportunity had risen to create a distinguished landmark that would utilize its immediate surroundings. Fluid forms were the inspiration for the design of the building, including, billowing sails, water motion, and sand dunes. In addition, the outer skin design obtains a cultural appearance of a cloak wrapping around the building. Within this short scheduled proposal, I was given opportunity to work directly with Associate Principal, Stephen Hancock, who led the design and team of the Q-Ship Tower. I was given the responsibility for all model tasks including, massing, concept iterations, detailed facade designs, and final elevation renderings for presentation.
