PORTFOLIO INTRODUCTION
This portfolio is a collection of my most recent architectural projects in university as well as some photos that I’ve been taking over this time. The projects are ordered chronologically. The pictures are ordered as you would see the world during a day. About me, I’m graduated in Building Engineering and almost done with Architecture, interested in 3D, rendering and photography, being this last the one I invert more time with. Architecture changed the way I think, observe, travel and most importantly the way I live. Get up and get out, architecture has to be lived.

ARCHITECTURAL SURVEY|
Casa Fuster - Building Engineering (Bachelor’s Thesis)
6|121
About an architectural survey of the Casa Fuster. Graphic representation of the three facades of what once was one of the most prestigious houses from the modernist Barcelona. Built by Domènech i Montaner, it was a pleasure drawing one of his works. I took it as a personal challenge and drew it with Adobe Illustrator and AutoCAD. I had almost never used Illustrator and it was a great practice.

5500M2_200P|
Design III - Architecture (3rd year)
22|121
This exercise consited in designing a 5500m2 building for 200 people. This must include flats for 1 and 2 people of 30 and 45m2 respectively and apartments for whole families of 4. The building was in the Barri del Raval (Barcelona). I used a solution of building a dynamic facade which gave live to the street which was quiet and dead. The building was structured with 2 parts, one held the apartments while the other one held mostly the smaller apartments. Both volumes followed the lines of the existing plots.

HOUSE FOR AN ARTIST|
Design IV - Architecture (3rd year)
28|121
The program of this project was based on building a house for an artist, which must include a workshop, housing for 5 students and a family house for the sharecroppers. My house was built for Evru. After studying him, an artist which has been held in a mental hospital, I got the idea that the complex had to be an absolute chaos, with no right angles and of difficult understanding but functional.

CATALONIA NATIONAL LIBRARY|
Design V - Architecture (4th year)
38|121
The program for this project was to rehabilitate an old airplane engine factory based in Barcelona in order to engage the Catalan National Library Inside. I took the main office volume from the old factory and extruded vertically to give the users a more silent and private space to study while granting them great views over the Besòs river and over the whole library without being seen. The ground floor is organized with house style boxes where activies were held inside.

FOOD BANK FOUNDATION|
Design VI - Architecture (4th year)
46|121
The old building hosting the Food Bank Foundation in Barcelona was colapsing, so the program for this project was to create a new building to hold the necessary activities for the Foundation to continue it’s work, as well as teaching spaces for the adjacent school and a kitchen space to cook food for those who are in need. The project is organized in three volumes, each of them is proportional to the activity being held inside. The central volume makes a step forward to welcome visitors as it’s the volume with office spaces and receptions.

SARAJEVO UNIVERSITY CAMPUS|
Laboratorio di Progettazione III - Architecture (5th year)
52|121
The program for this project was to create a new university campus for the University of Sarajevo. The method this project was developed was special, as the masterplan was defined by ten groups, each group then getting a building with a use to develop. Our group received an expositive area and street art content, so we structured our project with a continuous of concrete walls to use to paint graffities from the exterior. One volume works as the expositive area and the other as working and artistic laboratories. in collaboration with Irene Bandieri, Marc Nicolรกs

IMOLA SPERIMENTALE|
Laboratorio di Progettazione IV - Architecture (5th year)
60|121
Given a location in Imola, previously a mental asylum and now abandoned, the objective was to revitalize the space as a urban central point and give the people uses and spaces to enjoy. The idea behind the project was to connect four poles identified creating a cross. Breaking the old asylum in four different parts, each of them with a different use, the center point is lowered and four buildings emerge from the ground to create the central urban point.

Here’s a selection of works I did at the studio Dare-Architettura (Ferrara). Those include competition renders, as the first ones from a new school competition in Ozzano dell’Emilia, a new fountain in Florence, where we got an honorable mention and the project was published, or a new skin and energetical renovation for a group of buildings in Trento.
