It’s one of their most creative builds yet, and Misty combines a one-of-a-kind aquaponic greenhouse and with a new duck sanctuary built by Matt, for an inventive “duckaponics” system that everyone goes “quackers” over in the Season 10 premiere episode “Black Hills Hope.”

The chefs are left a bit flummoxed by something fried in the appetizer basket, but they must power on in order to make it to the next round. Then, the competitive fire is strong in the entrée round as the chefs hustle to put together plates from a particularly strange combination of basket ingredients, including curious fusion tacos. But luckily, judges Alex Guarnaschelli, Marc Murphy, Amanda Freitag and Marcus Samuelsson are impressed when the chefs bring very different yet clear visions to the dessert table in the new episode “Gluten for Punishment.”
