“ The ones I worr y about,” Mantegna adds, “are the real men and women of the FBI and other law enforcement agencies around the world who have to really do this for a living. What I love about our show is that we show it like it is, and I think that’s important.”

You’ve been dancing from even before you were acting and singing. So is it fun for you to do a show in which the guys are doing the dancing?

Well, when it comes to watching men dance daily, I say yes (laughs). But, yeah, it’s fantastic to see some real dancing happening, and daily, it was ever y day It was thrilling. The first day that we really got to see the boys dance, I think ever ybody would agree with me, there was a ver y palpable energy in the room, one that we read about and one that we learned about in our research of what it really felt like to be in the Chippendales club when it really star ted going. And our amazing background actors exploded into screams that made all of us go, “Oh, I feel like I’m back in 1979!” So the dancing was great.

The Bermuda Triangle is the most notorious stretch of ocean in history, evoking fear and endless fascination. Bounded by Florida, Bermuda and Puerto Rico, these waters have swallowed countless ships and planes and their crews, some vanishing without a trace. In the series premiere episode “A Big Find,” five U.S. Navy planes disappeared on the same night in 1945, along with a search and rescue plane dispatched to find them. No wreckage was ever found but they did uncover a debris field with historic implications.
