I don't think hope is the right word to use when describing the intent of the PIVOT Program. I believe that the word to use is should. For example, "We should presume the PIP Document is written with good intentions through impartial oversight by a Career Ambassador." Or "We should presume the PIP Document is written in good faith through impartial oversight by a Career Ambassador."
