NORTH PARK, SAN DIEGO: THE REWARDS OF ‘WALKABILITY’

North Park was recently featured in a piece by the New York Times!

“True to its name, North Park wraps around the northern edge of Balboa Park, San Diego’s sprawling, 1,200-acre cultural park. Homes within walking distance of Morley Field, which is at the park’s northeast corner, are among the neighborhood’s priciest.”

PARKING WALKING

The North Park Garage on 29th St. offers 386 spaces ready for use 24/7. At just $1/hour during the day and $5 after 6pm, it’s one of the best values in the area. From the rooftop you can enjoy a birds-eye view of the mid-city and on a clear day, even a glimpse of the city skyline.

DRIVING BIRD

There’s no hassle parking at the 29th St. parking garage, which is only $1 per hour during the day, with plenty of additional street parking. If you’re heading over a short way from the Lafayette, an Uber/Lyft is a less than 5 min. drive!
