High Mount Turbo Manifold for Ford Falcon BF-FG XR6 with Turbo ‘Barra’ Engine the AF8080-1019 V-Band flange welded on one end to fit GT40/GT45 style turbochargers as found in their range. (Boosted 6270 up to Boosted 7682 in V-Band flange).

Aeroflow Performance steampipe turbo manifolds are a series of pipes that collect exiting exhaust gases which can be channelled into Aeroflow’s merge collector which are perfectly matched to its Boosted range of turbochargers.

The merge collector design allows all pipes to enter at the exact same angle, and merge together at a point in the middle, pointing straight into the turbine.

No pipes enter across each other, so airflow is not disrupted, meaning a perfect balance between boost control and flow.

With minimal back pressure where the manifold meets the turbo, Aeroflow says you can be sure that you are getting the best flow possible from the turbo manifold.

Mid-Rise GM LS Cathedral Port EFI Intake Manifold

Aeroflow Performance has increased its range of bolt-on performance intake manifolds and now offers a single plane EFI mid-rise to suit 4150 throttle body flanges that will accept up to 1.75” throttle bores.

The Adelaide Motorsport Festival returned with a bang in 2023, with international and Australian motorsport stars taking part in on-track demonstrations and off-track activities, including the likes of Valtteri Bottas, Craig Lowndes, Stefan Johansson, Vern Schuppan, David Brabham and more.

Aeroflow says its turbo manifolds are finished to the highest of standards, constructed from thick wall 3mm mandrel bent steam pipe with CNC Machined header and turbo flanges.

Each flange is milled after welding to ensure precise surface finish and these manifolds are supplied with a short wastegate starter pipe designed to allow the fabricator to choose the size of the wastegate required, and the position the wastegate sits in.

Each manifold is finished with a black enamel coat for shipping purposes only. Aeroflow does recommend to have this manifold either wrapped with exhaust wrap or ceramic coated to ensure protection for external accessories and reduce under bonnet temperatures.

Twist Mount Adapter to suit GM LS

Aeroflow says this three-inch V-Band to G40-45 V-Band Adapter will rotate the turbocharger on an angle from their single turbo manifold AF82001005 (sold separately).

This single plane manifold is designed for optimal performance between 2500-7000rpm and is said to be perfect for use on cars with low bonnet clearance, with only 125mm / 4.95” height from the valley plate.

Aeroflow Performance says this is an excellent manifold choice for use with forced induction and nitrous applications, as the lightweight cast aluminium with consistent wall thicknesses allows your engine to perform at its best.

It is supplied with 6061-T6 aluminium black anodised large bore fuel rails with -8ORB female ports to suit 14mm injectors, with fuel rail brackets to suit short length (33.60mm) and 3/4” (48.65mm) length injectors.

It is available with cast aluminium or powder coated black finishes and comes complete and ready to bolt-on with all fasteners and intake O-Rings supplied. It suits all GM LS Gen III or IV engines equipped with LS1/LS2/LS6 style cathedral port heads.
