AACHC MEMBERSHIP REACH

AACHC has 25 full members and eight associate members with over 230 physical locations throughout the state of Arizona where people can receive services. Of those, 23 are Community Health Centers or Look-Alikes with over 175 sites.

WHAT ARE COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS?

Community Health Centers (CHCs) are a critically important part of the healthcare system in Arizona. CHCs are non-profit, community directed health care providers serving low income and medically underserved communities. They share a mission of making comprehensive primary care accessible to anyone regardless of insurance status.

CHCs provide high-quality healthcare services for people throughout the state. They strive to promote healthy communities in a variety of urban and rural locations around Arizona. Each has experienced, caring and compassionate medical, dental, pharmacy, and behavioral health staff to serve as the medical home for Arizona’s families.
