Aditya has managed teams of more than a dozen architects executing projects on a tight schedules and has learned to thrive in pressure situations. As a Lead Architect back In India, he was instrumental in the end to end design, drawing production and execution of several multi-scale projects across the country. He has worked closely and been the bridge between local Indian firms and International Firms entering the Indian Market. WORK 01 2019-21

Steinstraße | Hotel & Office High Rise The project from B+L Gruppe started as a study which was successfully acquired as an ongoing project there on. The project had two separate buildings one of which was a 6 floor office building and the other being 17 floor Hotel and serviced apartments high rise. Location : Steinstraße, Düsseldorf, Germany. Type : Hospitality & Offices Floors : 17 Area : 40,000 sq.m. Team : Ingenhoven Architects, Germany. Role : Complete Handling of the project from the LP1-LP3. Softwares : Autocad, Revit, Rhino, Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office.

This was a study solely led by me for the B&L Group and we managed to add another 7 floors than the previous proposals making the project more lucrative. Upon the completion of the study we were awarded the projects which I took over and continued till the end of my tenure at Ingenhoven Architects. The proposal has a hotel and office complex in an exposed urban location, which offers two hotel concepts with around 340 rooms as well as highquality office spaces. Future hotel guests and office users will benefit from the city center location between the splendid Königsallee and the main railway station.

Gioia 20 |Competition 2nd Prize International competition to identify the best design proposals for COIMA SGR’S Building GIOIA 20 Office Tower Competition, Mailand. Location : Gioia 20, Milan, Italy. Type : Office Complex Floors : 24 Area : 26,000 m2 Team : Ingenhoven Architects, Germany. Role : Team Lead





WORK 03 2018

LOI 130 |European Commission Competition International competition to identify the best design proposals for Real Estate Development for European Commission’s most important real estate project in Brussels Location : rue de la Loi 130 Brussels, Belgium. Type : Office Complex Floors : 44 Area : 185,000 m2 Team : Ingenhoven Architects, Germany. Role : Competition Lead

Worked as the lead Architect for the competition. With a total gross floor area of 190,000 m², the new inner city complex included offices for at least 5,250 people, 2 childcare centres, a visitor centre that can welcome 345,000 people a year, 3,000 square meters of restaurants and shops and public spaces with green areas. The project also included a new entrance to Maelbeek metro station, and the whole complex was planned with the highest possible level of security.

NOIDA | YAMUNOTRI MIXED USE DEVOLOPMENT High-Rise Mixed Use Development in India NCR. Comprising of Multiplexes, Shopping Centres, Restaurants, Spa’s and Two Seperate Hotels. One Stop Destination For All. Location : Sector 44 Noida, U.P, India. Type : Hospitality & Commercial Center Floors : 61 Area : 286600 Sq.M. Team : Atkins Global, U.A.E & ABRD Architects, India. Role : Working Drawings, Municipal Drawings for Authorities, Assisting meetings with Consultants and Co-ordination. Assisting the Atkins Dubai Team Get Familiarized to Indian Bye-Laws Softwares : Autocad,Revit, Rhino, Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office.

Got Exposure to Large Scale High-Rise Projects. Co-ordination with Overseas Team and Correspondance Through Skype and E-mails with Clients, Consultants and Architects Team Spread Around the Globe . In-depth knowledge of Statutory Bye-Laws. Later Had to Use My Knowledge about the Project to Propose the Design of the Mock-up Resedential Villa’s for This Project to Test out the Maximum Specifications Listed in The Proposal of the Hotel Towers and also Serve as Luxurious Farm House Fit to be Used by the Client.

NOIDA | YAMUNOTRI Mock-Up Villa’s Luxurious Farmhouse villa’s with Speciifications of the hotel Towers Comprising of Two floors. Later to be Used or Sold by the client as Functional High-End Bungalows. Ground floor to be fitted and Designed around Tower B and First Floor that of Tower A of the Yamunotri High Rise commercial Project. Location : Sector 44 Noida, U.P, India. Type : High-End Residential Floors :2 Area : 1550 sq.m Team : Atkins Global, U.A.E & ABRD Architects, India. Role : Team lead for Delhi Office, Concept Execution, Design Develop ment, Working Drawings, Sanction/Municipal Drawings for Au thorities, Assisting meetings with Consultants and Co-ordination. Softwares : Rhino 3d, Photoshop, Autocad, Indesign, Ecotect, Illustrator.

First project as the team lead. Grew in confidence with responisbility as the team lead for the indian partner firm. Got exposure to a completely unfamilier brief where incorporating Specifications from a completely different project held priority, yet it had to be designed to suit living standards of a Luxuriaus Farm house. two options were developed simultaneously. Option1 getting finalise as the chosen design. For Privacy and Confidentiality Clause Option1 Floor plans cant be Presented in the Portfolio. Instead Option2 Drawings Presented.

HYDERABAD| STATE BANK HEADQUARTERS Office Complex designed to meet the requirements of a Bank Headquarter. Comprising of an Auditorium, Multiple Conference Rooms, Cafetarias & Gymnasiums and Provision for Future Expansion. First Headquarters of SBH, to Replace the Existing Head-Offices. Location Type Floors Area Team Role

: Knowledge City Cyderabad, Telangana, India. : Coorporate Headquarters, Green building. :6 : 27,210+10430 sq.m : ABRD Architects, India. : Core member of the Competetion team.Design Conceptualisation & Development, 3d modelling ,Coordination with Sustainabilty Consultants to Achieve LEED Platinum Certification. Softwares: Sketchup 3d,Vray, Photoshop, Autocad, Indesign, Ecotect, Illustrator.

Was involved Throughout the competetion. Right from Design Conceptualisation to Design Development and Later the Working drawings after being Awarded the first prize, and ABRD Architects was commissioned the entire Project. The Project required sustainable development and mandatory LEED Gold rating. The Proposal managed to have a LEED Platinum rating. I got great exposure to sustainable development and got familiriased with the tools ,strategies and Softwares such as Autodesk Ecotect for Form Finding.

DELHI | THYAGARAJA STADIUM ( CWG ) Designed and built for the 2010 Delhi Commonwealth Games, India’s first eco-friendly sports complex. Features air conditioned indoor netball stadium and multipurpose hall. The stadium is designed and delivered with a high level of ESD features including a gas panel for energy supply, solar energy used for lighting, effective water management systems such as rainwater harvesting and sewage treatment with two lakh litres a day. : Shri Ganganath Marg, Delhi, India. : Indoor Sports Stadium (5883 capacity) : Peddle Thorp Architects, Melbourne & Kapoor & Associates,India. : 3d Modeling, Seating Plan, Working Drawings, Site Inspection, Presentations & Reports. Location Type Team Role

It was my first ever venture to the professional Architecture as an Intern. It is India’s first-ever model Green Venue built with the latest green building technologies. Lighting is provided using solar energy. In addition, building integrated photovoltaic cells allow the stadium to feed electricity to the grid. The Complex is also equipped with 2.5 megawatt-hours Dual Fuel Gas Turbine to feed emergency electricity at Stadium. This Sport Complex is awarded Gold rating by Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) for its Green Features.
