The following is Coach Linder’s player-by-player analysis of the 2022-23 lineup:

SENIORS Kenny Foster • Guard

"Kenny Foster Does all the little thins right. He is truly a glue guy for this program. He does the little things right and will help us win games this season."

Hunter Maldonado • Guard

“Maldonado is a very high IQ player. He is an everyday guy and you know what you will get everyday and every possession. He is a guy that brings the right attitude every day and is a special player in this program"

Hunter Thompson • Forward

“Thompson is Old Reliable. He comes into everyday and does his job to the best of his ability. He cares so much about the Cowboy Basketball program as any player that has came through this program in a long time."

JUNIORS

Max Agbonkpolo • Guard

“Max is a versatile, long and athletic player. He has the ability to make plays other can't due to his great size, athleticism and skill."

Ethan Anderson • Forward

“Ethan has great burst and power. He is almost like a great running back. He can really get up and guard the ball and impact the game defensively."

Xavier DuSell • Guard

“DuSell is a great shooter. He has been here three years and really knows what we are doing. He is a guy that you look at and say he is all in with this program."

Graham Ike • Forward

“Graham is a tremendous talent. An All-League player that has a high care factor and really has the ability to change the game in both the offensive and defensive side of the floor."

Jeremiah Oden • Forward

“Jeremiah is a super explosive athlete that has the ability to make plays on both ends of the floor with his athleticism and really makes plays with his effort."

Jake Kyman • Guard

"Jake has the ability to stretch the floor with his shooting. He can also bounce it and ball out of ball screens. He has a very high basketball IQ."

Brendan Wenzel • Guard

“Brendan is a really versatile defender. He can make shots and has good ability to bounce it and make plays. He can be a great secondary ball handler."

SOPHOMORES Noah Reynolds • Guard

“Noah is a tough player. He is truly a bulldog. Every play and ever trip down the floor you know what you are getting. He is going to do anything he can to win games."

“Nate is still scratching the surface with his talent. He has to get stronger and seasoned after sitting out. He has a ton of potential and versatility."

Cort Roberson • Guard

“Cort is in a lot of ways the heart and soul of this team. He is the guy who will always pick up a teammate and does whatever we ask him to do."

“Caden is progressing rapidly and really learning the game. He competes every day. He is a guy we look at and say he is getting better and better on a daily basis."
