PRUKSA LOW RISE CONDOLETTE How is condominium looks like today? That is a question before I start thi project. A lot of problem is happened. For example, no ventilation for toilet ,too much heat gain for this tropical crountry, a typical design of condominium conern too much about the profit after they sold out so they simplify some design to a minimun cost. So I analyze the typical design and this is what I found

The use of a balcony is mostly use for smoking, hanging clothes, place to install CDU. Itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s not the space to live in a comfortable condition.So a balcony would be waste space. The concept is to re-design waste space.

3.9 HOUSE (RENOVATE) This is a proposal to renovate my own house. The site is located in Bangjak distict. The context doesnâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t have a strong content. Existing building is an 3-storey row house. The structure is combine of concrete and timber. Users require 3 separated bedroom and their own entertaining space.

New design integrate a sustainable design. The design mostly concern of light and ventilation in a row house. I design a light shalft inside a house so light can goes into a midle part of house. Shalf also make a ventilation to flow into the building.

LANDY HOME : CONNECT This is the compettion project to design a ecologogical concept house. A concept of this house is a flexible of space. The space can adapt a length , width and height by connect a space to the others. So the condition of space would fit to an activity in that period. Meanwhile the air condition is more effective when running in small space. Thatâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s mean when you want to use air condition, you can turn the room into small space room. When you want to have some ventilation, you just connect all the space and open all the windows. This is how to save the energy. Check out my presentation video in the link below.

KLONGSABUA RESORT This resort is located in Ayutthaya where itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s strong culture. I use some bricks as the language of design to identify ayutthaya. The site was a floating market before so there is a large pond in this site. The feeling of space that I design is that a user will slowly sense that they are surrounded by a huge rice lawn, meaning of Ayutthaya rice lawn in the past.

CHIANGMAI RESORT This resort is located in Chiangmai, near the northest of thailand. The site is a very narrow shape with Ping river in front of this site. If you stand in the site and look over a river direction, you would see Doi-Suthep hill which make this direction to be a major view of the site. The design intention is to place most of the villa facing to a major view direction so that everyone would see a very picturesque scene. With that intention make a narrow form of villa to use a very little space becuase of a very large number of villa unit are required.

CHIANGMAI RESORT This is my alternative design that I re-design after a midterm review. I change all the zoning, concept and including a typical viila plan. The design concept is about a rice field of Lanna. The meaning of Lanna is a millions of rice fields, Lanna is one of a culture of chiangmai. So I integrate all the sense and indentity of Lanna to the design.

วาเสนทาง) เปนบริษัทเกี่ยวกับการทองเที่ยวญี่ปุน โดยสำนักงานเปนตึกแถวยานพรอมพงษซึ่งเปนยานที่มีชุมชนคนญี่ปุนอย ออกมาในรูปแบบสถาปตยกรรมแบบญี่ปุนที่เนนความเรียบงาย เพื่อใหสอดคลองกับชุมชนญี่ปุนยานพรอมพงษและประเทศญ

TSURO INTERIOR DESIGN Tsuro means path in japannese. This is an interior design project, collaborate in group of 4 person. This is an japannese travel office. So we conbine together about travelling and japanese identity. Travelling is like we connect every together and to find a new experience.

งเปรียบเสมือนการเชื่อมโยงทุกอยางเขาดวยกัน การคนหาเพื่อพบกับประสบการณใหมๆ เราจึงตีความวาทางสัญจร (Circ กิจกรรมตางๆเกิดขึ้นจากทางสัญจรนี้ เราจึงตองการเนนทางเดินทั้งทางตั้งและทางนอนใหโดดเดน โดยการยกระดับและเนน
