We’re delighted to be partnering with industry leader Vonnie Alexander from January 2023. Vonnie is taking over the leadership of our CRM/CX practice from Tony Spong, who is moving his focus to leading our brand strategy practice. It’s a real coup for AAR, and Vonnie will be taking on this role as part of a portfolio career.

Having founded one of the most awarded and respected CRM/CX agencies and then continuing to consult in this space, she is brilliantly placed to join the AAR team. It also helps that she’s a delight to work with, so we are very excited for the future.
Following a 15-year career in the Marketing, Advertising and Communications industry working with clients from across retail, telecoms, finance and the public sector, Vonnie set up award-winning agency Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw in 2002 with three partners, successfully growing the business before selling it to Publicis Groupe 10 years later.
During that time, she saw it grow, navigate a recession, and grow again in both reputation and performance. She has seen first-hand what it takes to lead and achieve ambitious business goals.
She believes that we can be at our most creative and resourceful when challenged or under pressure if we are mentally prepared but if we aren’t, it doesn’t take much to knock us off balance.
A linguist (fluent in French and Spanish) and a natural communicator, she also works with people and teams as an executive and team coach, as a facilitator, NED and consultant. ●
